“Edit* Post master called me back this afternoon and addressed the rude clerk from the earlier phone call. He also sorted out the issue with my package extremely quickly. The post master was kind and professional and reassured me that the phone call I experienced earlier was not the norm, or what he expects of his clerks.Wholly incompetent and rude. Avoid any kind of interaction or use of their services. Phone rings 20 times and the staff answers with an attitude, if they do. Cannot handle simple intercept requests or behave in a professional manner. Was hung up on after asking why he was being so rude.”
“Super kind and friendly! I went in to process my application on my first passport. The gentleman at the counter greeted me and was very helpful in walking me through the process. I'm glad he explained everything and I was able to walk out with no questions.”
“Ok- let's be serious, going to the Post Office is not a fun errand. BUT- I do appreciate USPS being a cheaper option. This location, in particular, is my favorite. That's mostly because the sweet woman, Jodi, at the front. She always kind and also incredibly quick and efficient when there is a line. It makes my trip to the post office not just bearable, but actually enjoyable.”
