I would avoid this store if you require disabled parking, the lone single spot hasn't been painted in years so everyone and anyone will just park there.(Pretty sure this is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act) That goes for the rest of the parking spots as well, it's pretty sad.

slushy machines almost never ready.
lids and straws have been out of stock frequently.
employees are friendly enough though.
there are other small issues but my biggest issue so far was when i paid cash for gas recently and they refused to give me change claiming it was put on my card.
not there yet but ill be watching.
so refund hasn't happened.
so I'm owed $8.33 that i now assume was stolen by an employee.
if I pay cash i should be given cash for change.

Horrible place! Just stopped to get gas with my husband and he went to pump the gas. The hose was not connected to the pump yet no out of order sign so when he went to pump the gas it all sprayed out from the top and all over my husband. My husband went inside to let the employees know it was broken and he got the response “I know”… no apology or explanation. Be better.

Wondering why they toss out so many items that so many people and places could survive on!!! Homeless and woman's/children's shelters within walking distance...whenever mentioned management/stores shrug their shoulders like ....??Meh"It's just a complete shame really

Would rate 0 stars. This used to be a nice place with friendly staff that ran efficiently enough. Used to be. Over the last few months the quality has dropped severely. Coolers are barely stocked with product sitting in the back, causing someone to ask for something. Then comes the fun part of dealing with the staff who think it's a luxury to get the item I came for. This is your job, not mine. Maybe learn how to do it. And then having the nerve to act like I was done a favor. Stock your coolers, check your attitude. You've lost a loyal customer today. Will do all further business at the Jerky Outlet. Sorry not sorry.
