I love the kalkaska location. Every time I go in I hope Gerald is there. He's the assistant manager and is so awesome to deal with. He always goes above and beyond to explain things to me and teach me things. He's never failed me and I thought he deserved some very high praise!!! Thanks Gerald and keep being you man!

We were on our way home from vacation when we had van trouble. Gerald read the code,gave advice on how to fix it and what to do. He was so helpful.

I have never been treated so rudely as I was by Matt the assistant manager. We had brought in three batteries to be tested. We left them and I got a call from him very nasty and upset because one of the batteries caught on fire and he had to use soda to put it out. He told me to just come pick the batteries up and get them out of his store. I said did you check the other two and he said because of what happened to that one he would not check the other two. He acted like we were at fault because this happened. I realize he was probably scared when it caught fire but we did not cause it. When we arrived at the store I told him he was being very rude and that I was going to write a review on how rude he was and he said go ahead and write a review. There are many places you can go to get products that they sell in O'Reilly stores so I would recommend you do not use this store in Kalkaska MI. We took the batteries down to Advanced Auto in Kalkaska and they checked them and we bought two new batteries from them. I guess that this O'Reilly store does not need $350.00.
