3stars because I think the company needs to take better care of their shops. It seems like they leave the employees out to dry with broken/unusable equipment. Which costs the customer because the staff can only do some of what we love about the service at uncle Ed’s.. I go to this shop everytime and for the last year and a half they haven’t been able to top off fluids or check battery life. Not critical features but don’t advertise it if you aren’t trying to offer it anymore! Uncle Ed’s TAKE CARE OF YOUR SHOPS AND STAFF! You’re lucky to have them without the mechanics you’re nothing! Staff was 5 star. Prompt in out service and no haggling with up charges.

Check for coupons on their site!
Service was fast and professional as advertised. Price was a little higher than my shop charges, even after coupon discount, but the convenience is worth it. I had to get the highest cost option to get the 0W16 recommended by the manufacturer.
Note that they can’t rotate tires, which is fine and matched my expectations. I read someone got their tires rotated here so I’m mentioning for future readers.

Pulled up to get an oil change. Just a simple oil change. Told the attendant that I don’t need any thing else only an oil change. He went on to tell me. DONT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB. SERIOUSLY. I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT ENTERING THE GARAGE. HE WENT ON TO SAY A FEW EXPLOITIVE WORDS AFTERWARDS. NEED TO GET A NEW CREW. ASAP.

I ALWAYS go to Uncle Ed's on Sprinkle Rd in Kalamazoo as they are so friendly and of course knowledgable.Have for for years with every vehicle Ive ever owned.

Friendly staff and great service. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. All went well. Drove two hours home and everything seemed fine. Started the car in the morning and took off, all of the oil was on my driveway. They left the drain plug or filter loose. Couldn't make it to work today.
