If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I purchased a go cart 5-17-21 and never been able to use it till this day 9-13-31 My husband and I was elated when Josh from the store 642 ( Portage mi) mentioned there’s a go cart half price that someone returned, a new engine was put in and it’s ready to go! Just like many, I’m thinking is it really new if the engine at any point was replaced. I was told the person before had a lifetime warranty so no problem. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE Incident! Now September and we still to have our go cart had to purchased another one, the sub contractor mentioned he’s not in a hurry because they’re back on payments! I trying not to get out of hand but this is getting the best of me ! I could post videos if need be of the many of lies just so we purchase and they knew the product wasn’t in working condition ! This is TRACTOR SUPPLY, NOT GOOD WILL! I’m beyond angry at this point

I like the smaller, more manageable size of Tractor Supply stores when compared to big box stores. Employees easy to find if you need assistance. They also carry some old fashioned candy brands that have grown hard-to-find in most chain stores; e. g. Chunky, GooGoo Clusters, Fruit Stripe gum & more.

Placed an online order yesterday morning. Got confirmation email and waited for email saying order was ready for pick up for 24 hours. Called the store and spoke w Crystal to check on order. She stated it was canceled because they didn't have the product in stock. When I told her I was not notified, her response was "we just cancel the orders, we don't know what happens from there". This is poor customer service. I realize the problem might be with TSC as a whole, but the blow off was rude. This was a medication I needed for my dog, and I could have gotten it e elsewhere.

Almost every time I go in there to try to find something I leave their disappointed the latest example was when I was trying to buy a gun cabinet it did not come with any shelves or anything to hold the guns in place it was just a metal box. I asked him if they sell the cabinets or the arms that hold the guns in place. They said they do not. So why would I buy something if you guys do not have the necessary equipment that I need for that product to work?

I used to go to this store for animal feed. They don’t wear masks so I will no longer shop there. I switched to Blain’s Farm and Fleet and cut my feed expenses to a quarter of what they were here. The store has a dirty feel to it. I thought that was normal for a store like this but Blain’s is so much cleaner.

my mother came out of the store crying because the manager accused her of stealing and made her empty her pockets she did and had nothing in her pockets. the manager didnt even give her an apology

The manager needs some training in customer service or maybe just manners and friendliness to the point where she made me feel uncomfortable and I was ready to leave.

Called to verify if store is filling propane during Covid times. The associate stated they were open for filling. I asked how late they were open and was told 8:00. I traveled from the west side of Kalamazoo after work and arrived at 7:25. I was told garden area was shut down and they couldn't fill my tanks. If the hours differ than train your employees to state that on a call in. It seems like these changing times are breeding even worse customer service. I won't be back !!

6/12/20...We were in the store this morning...wearing our Mask...it has Mask for customers when they first walk in...that is required ...there were atleast 5 customers not wearing mask...and when we checked out...The Lady at the register was Not wearing a Mask...well that shows disrespect for the customers ..From now on when I walk in to a store and a Employee does not have a Mask on I will leave...
