So let me get this straight. I sat on the phone for an hour and a half sorting out a mess, because my Dr. writes me a prescription for a medication that is covered but it's being denied coverage at the pharmacy. All because the pharmacy took it on itself to give me the generic form, and the insurance only covers what the Dr. originally wrote, which was the non generic medication. And you blame this F-up on me until you realised it was your fault. This is my first time experience at your pharmacy. Total fail! ♀️ ?

Moni was AMAZING!! I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!

I would have chosen 10, but I am so frustrated with the changes you've made to your check-out process. Nearly every time I shop at Target, there's only one cashier working. The rest of the check-outs are self-serve. I worked for years as a cashier in a grocery store, and it really bothers me that you are asking customers to basically volunteer to ring up their own purchases. I used to get paid to do this! You are taking away jobs from people by asking customers to do this work for free. It really makes me want to reconsider shopping at Target and other stores that do business this way.

They sold me an HDMI male to USB-C male cable that said it supported DP Alt mode on the box. It didn't. Absolute scam.

My order was ready to pick up very quickly. I went in, saw that it was correct and left. Quick, easy and the customer service rep was friendly. I love Target's pick up in store option. It helps me keep within my budget. Because of it, I shop Target much more often than I used to.

Recently, this store is always a mess. There are always U-carts full of boxes for employees to put on the shelf in the middle of the aisles. When I say always I don't just mean on one day of the week, it's every day I go in there. The also is typically stuff just piled on shelves where it should and shouldn't be. Also I've noticed recently that more and more stuff is cheaper on their own website than in store.

i ordered online with hopes that it would be ready soon and it actually was ready to pick up within the hour! i was totally thrilled with that because i needed to get it quick after searching other targets for it and get it sent back to chicago with visiting relatives ASAP
