Josh was so helpful today !No trouble at all switching over to Spectrum. Although it did take a while to transfer that was not Spectrums fault. My prior phone service has iffy customer service so the communication with them was making the job harder for me, but Josh knew exactly what to do !Josh is very knowledgeable and patient in his work and was prepared for everything he needed to do to get the job done. Thanx again !

I just needed to pick up equipment since I am a new customer. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions. I was in and on my way in a very timely manner.

I am handicapped and not mobile. I tried to contact the local store and to my dismay there’s no way to talk to any representatives locally. I tried 15 different ways to Sunday and rather than making a trip out there for a new phone and paying dearly for the transportation I was unable to check for phone availability at that store. Needless to say I am dropping Spectrum services for something that’s more user-friendly. Spectrum has poor quality Internet and TV services and poor phone coverage. I’m changing services.

I don’t understand why I can’t use the machine they have to pay for my bill. Every time I’m in they tell me what it supposedly will and will not accept. Sometimes it’ll be checks. Sometimes cash. Sometimes card. If you are just in to pay a bill real quick why can’t I use the machine that is supposed to be there to do that. The Spectrum in Portage rarely ever lets me use it and tells me it accepts whatever I’m not using. I don’t want to wait 20-30 minutes just to pay a bill. Especially since this machine was so obviously set up to take all ways of payment without saying otherwise or even saying out of order. Why have that machine then? Nobody can ever use it. I have never seen anyone using his machine due to supposedly it not working or taking something specific. Why do you even have it then?? Either get rid of it or tell your employees to let their customers use it to pay their bills that this is supposed to let you do that with. Plus, I had to wait another 20 minutes because of their own systems being down and crashing and freezing on them! I had to use another register because they couldn’t get 2 computers to work. How does that make any sense?!

The problems I have had with this store, surprisingly are not for any services I have contracted out with or requested. Spectrum ran a line from behind my garage to the neighbors sideservice for their use.I warn you all to check your property if Spectrum uses their power of easement for use of your land which is apparently why they were allowed to use my property and ruin it, but this story is not that simple.The day after I found out what they had done (it was over $1000 in damage, around $400-$500 just for labor) so this is a significant amount of damage, not a little divot on a tile or something minor. Spectrum installed the wire over my roof with so much slack that the wires had been rubbing back and fourth for so long they wore away areas completely in some places and even wore off all the coating of their own wire which was just exposed metal at this point.It had been a few months and now I have finally been compensated with a card that has $1200 on it and it wont work so my roofer is waiting to get paid and I can't pay him.The card has two phone numbers on it and you can't get to a live person.I just called the state again this morning.I hope someone sues them, they deserve it.

Straight lied to me. Jaxxon ALLEGEDLY ordered my equipment for over night to my home, equipment never showed up and that order couldn’t even be found. They were polite, but what’s polite if your politely screwing me ? Customer service is everything, but knowledge and ability are also everything. And this may not be Jaxxon’s fault, could be a system thing. All I know as the customer is that I was told something that didn’t happen and put myself and my homeschooled child in a bind and I don’t appreciate it.

When you sent us a new router, we thought our service would get better. NOT. In the last few days, our wifi devices are in and out and now some are completely down. We are looking into a new service. Tired of dealing with Spectrum. 269-366-4576.

I called to discontinue service a month ago, and their agent blatantly lied to me and told me that it was done and here I am a month later having to cancel my service AGAIN and fight for a refund I still don't know if I'm getting! This is wrong and should be illegal if it isn't. You guys don't even service my new address so it's y'all's fault I even had to cancel, then you turn around and refuse to cancel it the first time but tell me it is?!? Freaking shady company, I shouldn't have to be fighting to get back money your not even supposed to have! 0 stars is what I wish I could give you dirt bags.

Zero stars. I have been waiting for 30 mins in line just to return an item.They haven't even given an update check or sorry for the wait. Lost a customer, i decided to cancel my account with them because of this.

An intake station for return equipment.Would be a good idea. Half the customers, Will I was there, we're returns. Staff was inviting, wanted to help and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

They won’t take back unopened accessories, I have enough cable cords to connect the whole neighborhood, they would only take the device, made me bring the box back home, their hours of operation are temporary, you never know if they will be open during normal business hours…. I’m not a fan of the store. The service itself is excellent.
