I love staying here, the staff and service is the best I've experienced. Amy the manager is kind and compassionate. I definitely recommend staying. The rooms are clean and up to date. And if you need anything the staff will get it for you.

Staff is super helpful and always nice. Rooms are clean and up to date. They all have mini fridge, iron and ironing board, microwave, hair dryers. You will not find a better hotel in Kalamazoo at this price point. I love to stay here. It's like family. Sign up for redi rewards for extra savings. Trust me it's worth the few minutes it takes. Dogs big and small stay free and are welcomed. Large area for walking. Very close to good food and shopping. Not one bad thing to say about it here. The people that do must just be knit picking.I have stayed here many times and always had a nice stay.

for a one night stay this was HORRIBLE. the bed is disgusting, the room smelled so bad. for this to be a non smoking facility it definitely was not true. as someone with severe asthma the smell and smoke in this room was so bad i needed to go to the urgent care. with being out of my home state, the urgent care did not take my insurance and now I am out $500 for the visit and $100 for the stay. i tried to reach out to the staff multiple times to no avail. customer support was also not helpful. i will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

I wish I could give 100 stars the hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful the beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing I feel safe even when I leave my door cracked The owner is very nice the location is great close to everything there are a few shopping centers near by and parking is abundant 10 out of 10 would recommend

Excellent service staff!! Rooms are clean and come with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. At this price point you will not find a better hotel in Kalamazoo. Every time I stay here it feels like family. Dogs are all welcome and stay for free. Large area for them to walk. Every one here working is always kind and helpful. I love this place and I think you will too.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. After driving several hours and booking a last min cheap motel with ok reviews I learned we made a HUGE mistake. The doors were locked to the lobby and the phone wasn’t being answered around 10:30pm, I was honestly ready to find somewhere else to stay because I was so tired. Finally the staff comes back and gives me a room someone was living in! I think I looked like a deer in the headlights since this never happened before. When I returned to tell them they tried to tell me in was vacant and I said there was no way. They then were going to give me another room someone was staying in. Not sure why so many people live in these rooms and the staff shows they’re empty. Finally get a room and it smells so bad of smoke and pot it’s unsettling since it’s suppose to be smoke free. However all the people outside the place were smoking and walking by smelled of pot so I’m not surprised. I also felt extremely unsafe and we would be robbed. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve went somewhere else. The rooms floor had dirt and tons of pet hair, the chair had stains, the office chair was falling apart. The outlet didn’t work and was a fire hazard to the wall. Air conditioner was completely broken and falling apart. I wish I could get my money back because honestly I wouldn’t stay again even if I was paid because it was horrible!! The people leaving the good reviews must be the ones who live here for a discount or something because there is no way!!Rooms: Not clean, smelled bad, very dirtySafety: Extremely unsafeNoteworthy details: Staff doesn’t know what rooms are available for guests

Made reservations at 4 pm on 10/6/23 . When we arrived at 10:45 our party was told there were no rooms available and clerk was not helpful. Definitely won't stay there again.

We stayed here last year and had a nice clean room with comfortable beds. We got in late last night with a room reserved for a week and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the mattress were so old I could feel the springs. We bought and used an entire can of Febreeze on everything in the room just so we could stay for one night and then canceled our reservation. We used another can on our clothes and luggage after we left because everything stunk so badly.

I am Samira Carter! I been booking at red roof inn usually in my leisure time ; very peaceful hotel! It’s super clean everyone is friendly & everything is easy to get to around the hotel bus stop near by; and also Uber never have trouble locating it! I love red roof inn!Rooms: Rooms are cozy and comfortable I love red roof in would definitely book again if I could!Nearby activities: There is a lot of restaurants down off on stadium! KL & Drake mainly have plenty of options to choose from!Safety: Majority of violence doesn’t happen out at red roof inn super quiet & cordial! Police keep eye out mainly enough incase anything happens love the safety round hereNoteworthy details: I am extremely thankful for the staff their polite and very home warming people ! They get the job done with every question I asked

This is one of the filtiest places I have ever booked. Walked in, and the smell hit me in the face. Went to the first room, and it smelled of urine. Returned to the desk to get another room, blod stains on the sheets, pulled back the sheets on the other bed, and found some sort of stain that I could not identify and dis not want to. I would say, get another hotel. I guess the old saying that you get what you pay for! We went to the Quality Inn.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was in a car accident by the hotel, car ran red light and totaled my car leaving me with no way home, quite shook up and very sore. I won’t go into to much detail but the staff was amazing and made my stress disappear. I can’t thank them enough! As for the room it was spotless and bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! Thanks again Red Roof staff!

This is the best hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and come with a safe for your valuables. The staff is AMAZING!! They are always friendly and have always made me feel welcome here. They truly treat you like family. Pets stay free and are welcomed by all the staff. I have never stayed at another hotel ( expensive or not)where you can tell that each employee is kind , helpful and friendly. They work together beautifully as a team. I have been very impressed with each of them several times. For instance usually you don't find a smiling face at the front desk on third shift but here you will find Mia with a smile and conversation for those insomniacs and there is always hot coffee available 24 hours a day. This hotel used to be known as a little loud but it's been so quiet and you can tell the staff has worked hard on making this a safe environment for guests and staff. They have excellent discount programs and low rates for the people who temporarily need to stay here for a longer period of time. I can't believe that I have not one complaint. It's truly a 10 out of 10.
