Great sales service. No pressure just facts. Great prices. Guss Morey was pleasant, kind, and helpful. The only mattress place we found that would get us what we needed in 24 hours! All others were 2 week wait.. Free delivery too!! Would highly recommend.

Guss (naming because he insisted we leave a review) was very helpful in finding us a good mattress within our budget, especially since we are new to the area and it was our first time buying one. However, he made some uncomfortable racial comments regarding the north side of downtown under the assumption that I was white (my partner who was there with me is, but with masks on it's harder to tell that I'm not). I don't believe he would have said the things he did if he knew I wasn't white, and it made me very uncomfortable to hear him so casually speak to what he assumed was two white people (and assumed we would agree with his prejudiced remarks). It also makes me concerned about how he would have behaved with people more noticeably nonwhite that me.eta: This account does not use my real name, so any claims that I did not shop here because my name is not invoiced are false.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were good, without any high pressure sales tactics. Delivery was “Amazon” type fast. Would definitely use Mattress Mart again, and would suggest them to friends and family.

Just purchased my second mattress set from Guss Morey and the experience was great. A no pressure salesman with great knowledge of the mattresses he sells. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him and Mattress Mart again. The delivery was on time and very professional- they moved the old mattress and installed the new one - all with smiles on their faces. All in all a great experience.

My wife and I just bought a new house and needed new beds for us and our son. After checking reviews online we decided to go to Mattress Mart on West Main in Kalamazoo. I was really hoping to deal with Guss but instead I got Larrs, and I have to say Larrs was just as good if not better than anything I read about Guss. Thank you Larrs for making this such a great experience. I never bought a new bed before and was a little anxious since I really don't like dealing with sales reps in general. But you put me at ease as soon as I walked in. You helped us pick out the perfect bed with your knowledge but you were also100% sincere in making sure we got what was best for us without pressuring us to buy anything and made us feel like part of the family with your friendly easygoing nature. We love our beds and will definitely shop there in the future. The delivery guys were also great. Right on time, in and out in a flash, and very friendly. It seems no matter who you deal with at Mattress Mart you get the most knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous sales reps and delivery guys you can find. From the beginning to the end My experience was nothing but phenomenal!

I'm a return customer and will keep coming back thanks to the authentic customer service and reliable delivery. I came in to replace a 4-year old mattress that was ruined in an apartment fire. Guss was helpful answering my questions and making sure I had everything I needed for insurance, and was able to get me a delivery time the very next day! Delivery guys were right on time and set everything up in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend for your mattress needs!

Bought our mattress on 9th St and Guss was our sales person. He did an awesome job getting what we wanted at a great price. The delivery guys were great. Took my old mattress and set up our new one in great time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.
