I ordered from Ken's Electronics a 3.3435 MHz crystal for a Robyn 747b that I am working on. It's a very difficult to find crystal, and Ken's had it in stock. When I called they promptly answered the phone and were all business, very nice, very professional, and to the point demonstrating efficiency.They shipped the crystal out on a Monday and I received it in excellent condition that Wednesday evening.Great place to do business with, zero issues whatsoever. I will be using them going forward for any hard to find crystals, etc.

Needed a hard-to-find 12V power cable for my older Icom IC-207H dual-band mobile radio. The vast majority of online suppliers listed the OPC-346 as "discontinued"..."not available"..."out-of-stock". Well, guess who had one...Ken's Electronics!I placed my online order, then Ken even called me on the phone the next day, to confirm the make and model of my radio, to avoid selling me the wrong cable! How many other suppliers, are that concerned about customer satisfaction? Not many.Ken is very well-skilled at what he does. He will be my "go-to" supplier, for any of my electronic needs in the future.

Picked up a vintage cb radio but had no power cord. I found a seller on ebay making my best guess. The very nice older gentleman called me to check it against his records so that I would be a happy customer. I was confused by the call as so many calls are spoofed or trying to sell me car extended warranties but I'm glad I called back. Excellent business!

Ken's shop is a hidden gem. It may be small, but he always has at least one of what you need! He can be a little crusty, but his knowledge is invaluable and he's willing to share it as long as he has time
