As artists scheduled to participate in the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair this year, we wanted to thank and give a shout out to Nancy Waldoch, who has been most responsive and efficient in providing artists with information about the Fair, including a Zoom meeting conducted last Friday. In the many shows we have done, there has never been a Zoom meeting. This was a first. She had security at the meeting to answer questions and present precautions. Thank you, Jason. We really got the sense that Nancy had artists needs in mind when she created the placement of the booths. Thank you, Nancy and all the awesome people at the KIA creating ART opportunities. You Rock! #ArtistsSupportingArtists

I love visiting the KIA, it’s an intimate museum that has excellent programming.the Wu Jian’an lecture was terrific, the holiday sale was also wonderful…. And the printing studio is terrific for taking classes.

A nice surprise. Well curated space you can tour in an afternoon but feel transported, nonetheless. Enjoy art without the crowds and in an inspiring, friendly place.

I’m very disappointed with lack of communication from KIA. My family applied for and was approved for a scholarship, but when I called to actually register for a class, they never called me back. I called (C)Kourtney Nelson 4 times and left 4 voicemails in one month, because my kids picked out a class that they really wanted to take. I now have two disappointed children and just feel ignored!
