Rico and Lisa were so kind, friendly and helpful. My son attends Western Michigan University and has his car at school with him. I am 3 hours away and they took care of my son, without me having to drive there and bring the car back and forth. They were so honest with the repairs and they were able to get my son in quickly with very low wait time as well. Such a relief knowing if something ever goes wrong with his car, I have a reliable and honest place to go too. Thank you so much for being such an honest company.

Full Service will not steer you wrong! They are a family-run business and are extremely trustworthy. Rico is very transparent and they never try to sell something your car doesn't need. I've used them for years and they are my family's preferred shop :)

I real don’t even know where to start. I always had good feeling bring my car to Rico & Lisa Shop. They are most honest people I ever met… not even a single time I felt any type of dishonest when it comes to mechanics issues in their shop. They respond to my request immediately and try to accommodate me with their busy schedule. Seriously, if you want a honest Mechanic shop… Rico and Lisa is the place to go. I recommended this place to couple of my friends and I will not stop advocate that to anyone who will need mechanic help. Thank you Rico&Lisa!

This is one of the best repair shops I've EVER used! They are a small, family owned business that truly does treat their customers like friends. I've used them as my main repair shop for years now. They are very honest and professional in everything they do! They've helped us out many, many times and I can't recommend them highly enough! Top drawer in my book! I appreciate their honesty about the work up needed for your car! They gave me a good breakdown of the damage to my brakes and the costs of the repair without pressuring me to go ahead with it then and there. Can’t say the same about a lot of other places. Great people!
