Convenient, knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help the public by giving flu shots, COVID , pneumonia and shingle shots.

Wouldn’t request to send my dog prescription there. Tried my best to be understanding because i know they’re inside a target. Spoke with a rep last week before they closed who rudely let me know they weren’t calling Walgreens tonight because they’re about to close but they’ll call tomorrow. Not what you say but how you say it, red flag 1 I still said cool. Never called about it. Here it is a week later they still never called about my prescription. Called this morning I’m not even in their system ://.Okay can y’all call to have it pulled over, “we can call shortly and have it filled for you”.Tried of the games I just so happened to call another CVS and Walgreens to confirm the name of the prescription and I’m able to get right through. They called Walgreens before they went to lunch at 1:30 saying they were on hold for 25 minutes… OF COURSE YOU WERE!!! I called hours ago, Walgreens at lunch tooooo and the voice recording tells you that!!!Pretty sure Mr Moe remembered me calling last week because he left out the fact that transfers are thanking them 48 hours right now, this morning. “Placed me at the top of a list” for transfers but I bet didn’t try to call Walgreens back when they came back from lunch. I get it y’all busy. But this people medication and that’s inconsiderate. And Moe you work in a high stress, healthcare environment, try to choose your words better (from both interactions) or find a new job. “Whatever” , please lmao

We had to physically go in to get them to answer the phone for the Walgreens pharmacy so we could get a prescription transferred. Twice in the same day. On the second time they told us we were good and Walgreens had the prescription. We are here a 3rd time today because the CVS pharmacist told Walgreens that there are no active prescriptions for us. Gotta edit, we are back to Walgreens again because CVS didn't send any of the prescribing doctors info, they completely messed up the prescription. So Walgreens had to contact the doctor, who just sent a whole new prescription. And our doctor told us he never refers patients to CVS (he was in a mood because he had to stop his day twice to deal with this, I feel bad for Walgreens who were absolutely stellar). I'm glad the prescription is filled and I would suggest Walgreens by Burlington and Hobby Lobby instead of CVS. Cvs also didn't run our insurance. Tried to charge us full price for the medications - that they didn't have or fill.Tldr - Walgreens fixed all of CVS's mistakes. Just got to Walgreens, it's in the same shopping plaza basically.

Tried calling about my proscription. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. Then when they finally answered they were extremely rude. They didn't fill my prescription nor did they help me with the issues I was having. This place is truly horrible. Please do better! We all get sick or need medicine at some point, try an be more understanding to those who need their medication.

I called to have a prescription transferred. The guy literally left me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up the phone, shortly after the store was closing so they no longer accepted incoming phone calls. Worst experience ever with this location.

How hard is it to answer your phone? Let me answer for you, not that hard. Left me waiting for 15 minutes before I gave up.

False advertising and double standards: It is advertised that you get a $5 off coupon for getting a vaccination at their CVS, yet after you get your shot, they say that they no longer participate as they're in a Target. Also, they asked me to wear a mask (which is is fine, I don't mind), but then none of their staff, including the pharmacist who administered the vaccination, wore a mask.

I had a prescription ordered to this location, they didn’t have my medications available until the following business week, which is no problem, I can go elsewhere. At a different pharmacy, they required CVS to confirm the script. Currently 2 days after going to the second pharmacy, and they are still unable to get ahold of CVS. I should note that while I was in CVS (for 15 - 20 minutes) the phone was ringing the entire time, no effort was made to answer it, despite very three total customers inside.

the technician named Jo was very rude and unkindly to me about my birth control prescription. he gave me the run around saying I didn’t have any refills and there was nothing he could do for me. I even showed him the text I received saying my script was ready for pickup. after I requested for the pharmacist suddenly everything was okay and he found my prescription. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing to be treated in such a manner over a medication I NEED. he should be ashamed of himself

CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Terrible hours for patients. You often have to wait a day or so to get your medications as they rarely have what you need on hand, even though you get it every month. If my insurance plan didn't force me to use CVS I would never buy a single thing from them. AVOID IF YOU CAN...this goes for all Kalamazoo/Portage Locations!

Got my prescriptions wrong the last 4 times I went. The pharmacist talked to me like a child when I explained that I had already called the doctor twice to get the prescription because they didn't have it the last time I came in. Rude service that is wrong more times than it is right.

I called to discuss a prescription. The tech told me I needed to talk to the pharmacist. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. I literally drive to the store still on hold and had to talk to them in person. When I asked the tech if they answer their phone she rolled her eyes at me. The pharmacist was just standing in the back filling prescriptions while my call was still on hold. Now I’m here on 11/6 and I had put in a refill request on 11/2 and they still don’t have the prescription ready. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacist Diamond helped me saved money when no one else bothered to double check.
