“Best place in Michigan, hands down! I am a member of the $100,000 Jeep club and there are very few I will allow to touch my vehicle . Twisted Automotive is at the top of that small list. Their attention to detail is above and beyond and they make sure you are not just merely satisficed with the work, you are actually happy about it. They will not call the job complete until this happens. There are few body shops anymore that even come close to the attention and dedicated work you will receive from this crew. I can not recommend them enough, and hardly, if ever, recommend anyone for anything. If you are considering them for an automotive job you need performed, just do it, they will not let you down!”

“I love the free use of the powerfull new vacuums. Wish patrons respected the property more, and didn't just toss trash on lot when 'cleaning' their cars. I will continue to be a patron here, even though the competition has moved in down the street. I wish the counter folks looked busier instead of looking at their phones while going past the windows (often dirty) in the car wash. While I realize that trying to keep the building and site clean must be a relatively constant chore, I rarely see employees actually performing these tasks. As a business owner myself, this would drive me crazy. Been a patron at B&K's Gull Road since the day it opened. Thanks for listening!”

“In a day where automatic car washes are taking over it is nice to have a good ole fashion do it yourself wash. It can be pretty busy here which is always a good sign however can come with some downfalls.First there can be a good wait depending on the day. Not much you can do about that and only shows what people want. So in a way that's good news.However the day that I went in my particular stall a couple of the options were not working which was kinda a bummer. But I worked around it and got my car clean.I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your car clean the way you want it clean not how the machine does it. I'll keep coming back every week.”

They also have free air for your tires, and also free vacuums which are really good and helpful. But I don't see the vacuums there anymore, I don't know if it's because of covid or just the winter season.”
