Made errors with name on the phone, payment options, and next upgrade request. I had to call the customer service twice as of today and call again after 14 days to cancel the next upgrade options - I requested for one but they charged for all three lines.

SKIP THIS LOCATION!!! If I could have no stars this place would be it. The “manager” who refused to give his name, or the name of his supervisor tried to convince us that being in airplane mode disabled Wi-Fi on our iPhones and it went downhill from there. Rude, yep. Condescending, check. Not knowledgeable, another check. Went to Drake Rd and it was a different planet and had our questions answered and new SIM cards installed by super respectful service rep.

Purchased my phone through them and part of the package was I could get free screen protector replacement. Went today and they said now it’s 10.00 extra. Big red flag and fraud. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I went to the Gull Road store today to upgrade to the new iphone 15 - I normally go into the ATT store ready to be stressed out.. however, today was splendid! Riley was the person helping me out and he made the process go so smoothly. He was really chill and able to explain the upgrade process really simply which I appreciated. Shoutout Riley!

Staff was too busy watching sports on tv today rather than helping my wife and her mother. Unacceptable customer service, especially with an elderly lady.

Absolutely outstanding.I had an issue with a next-up upgraded phone that I ended up being dissatisfied with. After calling the call center 4 times (each phone call was well over an hour - and they were nice, but ultimately unable to help), and visiting the Westnedge location (which was an absolutely horrible experience). I called Gull Road and spoke to Tyler who had originally sold me the phone. He said that they would figure out how to make it work and assured me I would be leaving with the phone I wanted by the end of the day. Mind you, this was a Saturday and the day after pre-orders started for the iPhone 15. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Tyler and they all got to work on trying to fix the problem. For 3 solid hours, Tyler, Collin, and Berny were on the phone, using facetime, using the tablet, the desktop and every piece of technology and tech support center known to man to try and resolve the situation - all while working with other customers and assuring that they were taken care of as well. My situation was extremely complex and they went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved when they could have easily just turned me away. But they didn't, and I was able to leave with the phone I wanted.If you need an AT&T store in the Kalamazoo/Portage area - this is the place you need to go.Best customer service I have EVER encountered.

My personal phone numbers and my business phone numbers were synced. My personal calendar a n d my business calendar were also synced. I did not want any of it synced. They fixed it and showed me how they fixed it. I appreciated that!

Only getting 1 star that is required to leave feedback. Drove 45 minutes to store because cust serv 800# said I needed to go back to the store I got the device from to fix billing issues with business account . The lady with the long braids was rude and not interested in helping or talking to me because she said she closes in 10 minutes then asked me to leave. Going to another store to get the remaining 6 lines we haven’t added yet. Unbelievable

I would have done 1 star if it wasn’t for the customer service I got. The employee was very helpful and helped me get my new iPad up and running. Only issue is it took 4 hours to do it. I am grateful he took the time to help me but it shouldn’t have taken that long. Att as a whole needs to get their customer service call system fixed.

Went there today and one of the staff (African American woman with braids) was on her phone the whole time with her feet on the table. Refusing to provide service and did not want to show me phones. I wanted to upgrade but the service was bad... I will upgrade my phone at another store and will be calling the manager about this Monday.
