Ashley helped my sister and I sell our Aunt's house under some pretty stressful circumstances. She was helpful, responsive, professional and warm. She made everything work from afar including dealing with a water heater situation (plumbers and water mediation), getting the house cleaned out, coordinating with my aunt's neighbors who are lovely but still, and just generally taking care of everything. Ashley and her team went above and beyond! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Me and my boyfriend were looking to purchase a house in the middle of the crazy housing market and we were referred to Ashley. She was amazing! we were very picky and she was patient and catered to everything we were looking for. I love her personality also, she made looking at houses fun. I'm so glad we were referred to her and i also referred her to my mom because we loved her so much!

Ashley was amazing! It was very bittersweet selling our first home and we wanted to pick the perfect buyers. She stayed so patient with us (me!) through the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done, all we had to do was sign our names! She made the process so easy and memorable. You can tell she has a true passion in selling homes and knows her stuff :)

I bought my first home with Ashley's help about a year ago now when homes were selling as fast as they were going on the market. She was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a lot of requests in a home, and she stood by me through every house tour and offer until I found the perfect one for me. I moved back from North Dakota with my boyfriend and we we’re tired of living in an apartment and wanted to buy our first house. We thought it would be impossible to buy a house now with the housing marketing booming and the market being competitive. with no questions asked, it was stressful, really stressful.. Not to mention being in grad school and working a full time job. I researched online for the best real estate agents in the Kalamazoo area and Ashley Sayles was one of the first agents that popped up, when I was researching agents in the area. I sent her an email/text and she replied within minutes. I was working with Ashley for about 6 months until we found our first beautiful house. She was simply AMAZING to work with and made looking for our first house less stressful. Ashley is always understanding, flexible, kind, and trustworthy! I think my favorite part about working with Ashley was that she’s young and she‘s chasing her dreams in real estate.
