Just spoke with Colin, in sales, at this location. I was in a huge bind and needed to purchase something that was needed ASAP. Even though it was 10 minutes until they closed he went above and beyond to help me purchase what was needed. Spoke to owner, described in detail (with part number) what I was looking for. Paid over the phone so I could pick up and go, but when I got there​ the item was wrong, and they didn't have any of what I need (which was a standard, common receptacle). Then, while very nice and additive, they couldn't figure out how to credit my card. Overall, I spent a lot more time there trying to sort things out than necessary. I had an item on backorder (also, not terribly uncommon--one stacked three-way + three-way switch) and they were to call when it arrived (supposedly the next day). I never got a call, so had to follow up a few days later, and it was there, and they "missed" calling. The people were really nice, but the execution was definitely lacking.
