This is a handy and useful printing center in downtown Kalamazoo. It is reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and attentive. They can take care of most printing needs, so I would not bother anywhere else. However, opening hours are limited (9:00-16:00) and it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. That can be a problem in emergencies.

Really great service. Was visiting from Canada and needed some covid forms printed to go back across the border. Didn't have any American cash on me but they helped me out free of charge! Shout out to Shelly!

I have been working with A1 for over three years now. They assisted me with most of my printing needs for my wedding - invitations, sitting charts, guest "book", and more. Currently they're helping with my baby shower printing needs - invitations and games. They respond to emails the same day, which is so nice. They're knowledgeable on paper products and assist you when you're not sure exactly what you want. When I have had issues, they're quick to apologize and correct. I prefer working with them compared to a larger corporate printing website. Prices have always been fair and the end jobs have been wonderful and as expected. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this local business for all your printing needs. Shelli is awesome!

I had custom wedding invites made here and was thrilled with the experience. Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (printing examples on different paper types, photoshopping the font to make it stand out better, etc.) The price was great too!

Quick high quality service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. There is usually a few parking spaces available on the street, street parking there is free for 90 min.
