I had initially called after the dealership was closed. I was forwarded to the finance manager who still took my call and helped me after hours. He got me started on an online credit approval form, so that by the time he got back into work the next morning, everything was a set to go. He called me shortly after opening with an approval. We did everything online. He did what he could to get me the lowest payment possible. They even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to me. I was very pleased with my experience at J&J auto.

My fiancé bought a car from them and the same day the engine blew up, we sat on the side of the rode for hours waiting for a tow. When we finally got it towed they told us they would replace her engine with a brand new one because they felt bad. They tell you what you wanna hear and use God in their slogan to reel you in. They lied and put in a used engine after sitting in the shop for 3 weeks. She only drove it for another week and it’s already broke down and the engine is overheating. We met with the owner Jason weatherspoon and he wasn’t willing to help with ANYTHING. Basically just blaming the mechanic and telling us there’s nothing he can do. Because of this she has to pay for a car she can’t drive and lost her job. DO NOT BUY FROM J&J USED AUTO.

Good selection of used vehicles and fair prices. Very friendly and no pressure sales approach. Let us test drive a few cars and get in and out of a few others. The provided CARFAX information was a big help to in our decision process. Very easy to purchase, and fast. They work well with A1FCU financing. I easily would recommend J&J Auto to friends. ?
