Please take the time to read this if you are interested in purchasing from Jackson Nissan.
I made the foolish decision to purchase at the Graff Nissan in Okemos. Our Power Seat motor went out, with my wife 35 weeks pregnant. Graff in Okemos told me they don't even run diagnostics over a week after they take the customers vehicle and I drilled him on why he runs his Service Center in such a disorganized manner, unable to deal with confrontation he hung up on me.
I called Jackson Nissan and explained my situation, they had my vehicle in the next day, and parts ordered and fixed two days later.
In this economy Service is probably the most important thing for a company to survive.
They took care of my family, they didn't ask me for a review but this is well deserved.
They have earned my business for a lifetime.

Very disappointed. I had dropped off my Rogue for recalls and had made arrangements to pick it back up on Saturday with the service dept. They had locked the keys in the office and was unable to get my car until Monday morning. I could not get a loaner for the weekend. Not life changing just very disappointed with the consumer service at the dealership. Seeing the response from Nissan once again so disappointed I admit the name called was incompetent and there was no money owed because it was recall work and once again arrangements was made for Saturday pick up since I was goin to be back on Friday night.

the rudest staff, and couldn’t even do basic math for a car payment.

***Avoid purchasing anything from them; they not only sell unsafe vehicles but also respond dismissively, with colorful language, when alerted to the issue. Their lack of professionalism demonstrates a disregard for your well-being
***
In response to their post, in which they are telling lies.
I am not even who bought the vehicle!!! Seeing how you don't even know your customers names. ??♀️ It was two phone calls to which you cussed out your customers. There is proof of all of this, how could they drive a car when the wheel was falling off more than 30 miles to get it fixed, you are much like a narcissist nothing is your fault. You should fix what you have done wrong!

I went to Jackson Nissan to have my 2014 Nissan van serviced as it was was stalling with engine light on while driving on the freeway. The service department - Jamie and Jared informed me that the engine had compression issues and was quoted $9900.00 to replace the engine. After 3 weeks of major delays and promises of the vehicle being ready the next day, I finally picked it up on May 30th 2024 only to drive approximately 3 miles with engine stalling again. I was unable to drive.
The dealership had me pay for towing, and inspected the vehicle only to inform me that the mass airflow sensor was at fault.
Why did they not diagnose this before the sold me a new engine?
I complained too one of the most unprofessional individuals I have dealt with in my entire lifetime a woman named Nancy who claimed to be the office manager/controller, and who had complete authorization to make any decision needed.
This woman has no clue on how to handle customer service as she was abrupt abrasive and threatened to hang up on me as I was complaining about helping me.
I informed her many times that I paid $10,000 to have an engine replaced and I cannot drive vehicle. How are you going to help me?
She proceeded to inform me that her service manager is incompetent and her service technicians are not the “smartest people in the world” and I should go to another dealership and have them evaluate my problem…even after spending close to $10,000 on a new engine.
I basically told her I was at her mercy. I just spent $10,000 My vehicle is still stalling out with lack of compression just like it was before I spent $10,000 and brought it to your dealership.
After pleading for the service department to reinspect my vehicle and help me get it on the road, I was informed that the exhaust and catalytic converter may be plugged up but after charging me an additional $300+ for the air flow sensor the vehicle was 100% safe to drive and that there would be no issues.
They recommended to replace the CC eventually!
Driving the vehicle out of the service department for the second time I was able to drive about 20 miles before the vehicle stalled out again at this point Jaxon Nissan refused to cooperate I had to spend over $500 to tow the vehicle to reliable mechanic in Lincoln Park, Michigan.
As anyone would assume I was livid.
Talking to Nancy again with her extremely unprofessional mannerism and no regard for customer service I was eventually informed to do what I have to do and they no longer will speak to me.
I will continue posting every single day to raise customer awareness that you should all think twice about doing any business at Jackson Nissan.

The paperwork portion of the sale seemed to take an unusually long time. I was there for 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Apart from that , the experience was great! Love my new car! Ken in sales was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Ken was amazing- very friendly, honest, and not at all pushy. As a young woman car dealerships can be very intimidating, and he (and everyone there) made the entire experience as stress-free as possible!
