Terrible place to go. The place has amazing MA and staff. But, you won’t see a doctor at all, you’ll see a Nurse practitioner. The student nurse practitioner with the hijab is very caring and supportive. Made me feel better when I brought my 2year old in with a stomach virus. The nurse practitioner scolded me for trying to occupy my 2 year old with a glove balloon so I could hear what she was saying and not be distracted. She claims it’s a choking hazard (how could he choke with all of us there) when we do it all the time at his pediatrician office, which his own doctor has made one for him to get his attention and be fun. It frustrates me that I never once met a doctor and that my parenting was offended.

I go here for everything. I’m glad I can request to only see female doctors.

This is the most affordable place to get care in Jackson. I went to their walk-in clinic the other day like an hour before they closed and we were in and out in a half-hour or so. It was ridiculously fast and they took care of everything we needed. Great people and great service skills!

went there today, found out my Dr never came in. and they never even bothered to call me and let me know or to reschedule. sad thing is Dr. Khan has been my doctor for 3 years, and I have never once seen her. only other interns or nurse practitioners. and getting in to see her today took 4 months. so I made a complaint. they got me in immediately to see a different doctor. she was quick to call my copd covid. and was very cocky and tried to belittle me, like I don't know my own body. just rude and under qualified jerks that work there. at least the doctors I have had. just so happens to be all middle eastern women. I had another doctor there for years, Dr Rizwahn, she was wrong about everything. and when I said I thought it was this or that she argued. guess who turned out to be right? Me. and I ended up having to have two different surgeries because of her misdiagnosis. I could have sued but I didn't. I just fired her and used Dr. Kahn but I see that was a mistake too. guess I won't be going to center for family health ever again. I'll go somewhere where the doctors actually listen to their patients.

4-7 Hours for a walk in appointment is OUTRAGEOUS!. This is the 3rd time I have come in for a quick walk in around 9a. And sit in the waiting room until 2/3/4 in the afternoon! They are calling patients back 1 per hour or less! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!??. I have been here since 945a and it is now 330! Yet to get seen!.. smh

I just wanted to share that i went to the walk in clinic and had a great experience with everyone there. There was one nurse that stood out but i didnt catch her name (she had a full sleeve of tattoos) she was really kind and personable! Thank you for what you guys do for our community!

The people here are not only VERY rude and condescending, they are extremely unprofessional- especially at the door and reception desks. The doctors themselves are rude and don't listen to ANY of your concerns once they have you in their office- all they care about is the fact that you coming in gets them a paycheck. It's ridiculous. It does not matter if you are an adult or CHILD they treat you like you're not deserving of proper care and will not even TRY to listen to you about conditions you have been trying to get treated, or methods you have used to cope until you get to what you assumed was a professional. Children especially do not deserve this kind of behavior. These so-called 'providers' are sick.
