Nice place..but do not apply here if you’re expecting a job even tho they have applications up and will reach out to you for an interview even when they’re not hiring. Also the manger was very rude I simply called because a member of her team told me to her response was “I’m not hiring anyone right now.” Then why have applications up? Thanks for wasting my time.

My recent trip to Big Lots was a delightful surprise. Stepping into the store, I was greeted by a treasure trove of discounted merchandise, offering a refreshing alternative to big-box stores.

Negative update: I did get a copy of a Blu Ray that was supposed to be a double feature but was sold with a 6 year old Digital Code and made it no good. The company didn't want to do anything to fix the issue with the code tho. I'd return it if I didn't want the disc that came with it but paid for two movies and only got one

We had some time to kill before an appointment and decided to swing by the store to see what they had to offer.
It's been years since we shot one and never quite amazed so everything they had to offer.
They offer some really nice items that they had great discounts on them. The store was well stocked, clean, and their Associates were pleasant.

Took my elderly momma to big lots in Jackson mi. Carrie (sp?) Was so rude! There was no one in line when we got to the cash register she told my poor disabled, can walk but very slowly and painfully mom that she has to go all around the counter to go thru their black tape indicating where to stand in line. That, I could understand IF there was a line. So disappointed in your customer service. I can only hope that this "Carii" gets some training on how NOT to treat people. We will go elsewhere.Thank you for your time and consideration,Linda
