Best storage facility sq/ft per dollar. Nice units, clean, no leaks or weather issues. I’ve been here for 4 years and have no complaints. Highly recommended!

Our stuff was stolen with our lock cut. The owners knew the lock was cut and did not tell anyone. Took them to court and he gets away with it because his contract says he’s not liable. No security on site, no functioning gate, no cameras at our unit. So basically they can steal your stuff and because you signed the contract they can have it for free. Do not deal with these crooks! There’s plenty other storage facilities. This is not a business it’s a scheme. They have been reported to the BBB. Can’t imagine a worse company. The only difference between their company and a dumpster on the side of the road is that they have a sign. If you store your stuff there now, realize there is no security to stop anyone from stealing your stuff. Good luck.Edit: In response to the owner. If you guys really think we didn’t have a lock on our unit, then you are insane. The crooks obviously cut the lock and the employee monitoring the site decided not to call us when she first noticed it because she was going on vacation. So she allowed our family heirlooms to be stolen because she couldn’t be inconvenienced. They would be able to prove we had a lock if they had cameras on the unit. I wasn’t going to mention, but since you are insulting my intelligence, the owners family members business card was found in the unit after our stuff was stolen. I’d stay away from this place if I were a customer looking for a place to store stuff safely. You’d be better off storing it on the street corner.

April surge receives my rent was $45 they charge $40 late fee which is completely illegal my husband died on April on March 28th on and was in but 4 weeks 5 weeks they auctioned off everything I owned without even let me try to pay him there was no notice covid hit and they had auctions and they sold my stuff and it was against the law so they are thieves and their rips off and they are here the worst people

My unit was clean, getting it was easy, Victoria was AMAZING and was so nice and helpful. I just moved here from Nebraska if everyone here is as kind as her I'm happy to have moved!

Horrible customer service. Their front desk employee was beyond incredible but the owner was arrogant and rude and less than helpful. The road to my unit was never plowed properly I got stuck and had to be towed out. After multiple communications about not being able to access my unit because of inadequate snow removal he relayed the message to his front desk employee that it was not his problem and he can’t control the weather. The security gate has never worked and is always open. I understand now why they were the cheapest place in town. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

He tried to make light of the situation and told me to have a good day and it would be fixed but it was not resolved until days later. After multiple communications throughout a 5 day period with the front desk employee about not being able to access my unit because of inadequate snow removal he relayed the message to her that it was not his problem and he can't control the weather. The security gate has never worked and is always open. I was told 4 months ago that it would be fixed and it has yet to be fixed. I understand now why they were the cheapest place in town. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
