“Can I just tell all of you how wonderfulTracy is at Hollywood market in Troy on Maple Road! She went above and beyond to get me some cookies that I needed . I couldn't find them anywhere. She did it with a smile. She called three stores for me. Our anniversary dinner tonight will now be complete because of her extra effort! I've Been going to this since I was a young girl in the 70s . have continued to shop there. Wonderful customer service!”

“The store is very clean. The gentleman who works there is very polite and respectful. I really appreciate them being in the community. However. I wish the city would keep the outside parking and walking areas cleaner.”

“The staff at this CVS are always sweet, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacists in particular are always pleasant. The location is on the smaller side, but it always has what I need and is in a very convenient location. From snacks, to wine, to beauty products, this is my go to stop to grab something quick. The lime to get to the pharmacist gets pretty long on weekdays after typical working hours, so I suggest popping in for prescriptions after rush hour.”

“Prices are reasonable if you're given the right one. Make sure you pay attention when certain people ring you up. Noticed one guy just punched numbers in the register and tells you a random price when I bought the same thing a few times is a row.”

“the actual pharmacist helped me. my co pay went up super high even she wa shocked. I went to my car to call blue cross. it was a Sunday they were closed. I walked back in she said you got it taken care of. I said no. she stopped what she was doing and called blue cross and they explained it all to her and then to me. I WANT TO THANK HER AGAIN SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Life is so overwhelming and nothing smooth and she smoothed that out for me. my job changed tiers and now co pay is higher. thank you Mrs. pharmacist. Tresiba patient.”

“This medium sized grocery store keeps us well-stocked. They carry the Spartan store brand (now called Our Family). I find their prices reasonable and the staff courteous and knowledgeable. We eat a lot of fresh produce and there is a good variety of fresh produce. I also like the International section where they cater to the University community with Middle Eastern, Thai, Hispanic and Kosher ingredients to name a few. I recently wanted to make a Middle Eastern dinner and thought I might have to go the Eastern Market or Dearborn but was pleasantly surprised to find several types of lentils, spices, tabouli and falafel items.I don't like to go from store to store and really like that they are one of the few places that carry the daily Detroit News, Detroit Free Press and New York Times. It is my go to place for the free papers -The Downtown Monitor, Metro Times and Between the Lines.Recently I have gone to the pharmacist. He is so kind and takes his time explaining everything. So different from the corporate experience at some of the chain stores. They do a really good job of serving the needs of the University Community and the surrounding neighborhood. I get the impression that they really care. Since the owners are local the money stays in the metro area - another plus. But I shop there because the quality is good and the prices are reasonable. Why anyone would want to go to Whole Foods and be ripped off royally for the some of the same products is beyond me. They do have lots of organic at University Foods too. And you can do your banking. We are lucky to have them.I have also found baking pans, and other kitchen essentials. I've bought indoor plants that have thrived and are less costly than other places.”

“I'm really on a roll with these Rite Aid reviews right now. But here we go. In a nutshell, I swung by this Rite Aid to see if I could scoop up a vaxx when I knew an appointment had been cancelled last minute. It didn't work (FYI--I came to learn that they don't accept walk-ins since you have to book through their online system to automatically schedule your second dose and the pharmacists don't have access to make or edit appointments) but that's ok. Everyone here was SO nice, tho, and helpful and friendly and truly wanted to accommodate us, they just couldn't due to restrictions. Which I TOTALLY get. But you can't knock a gal who is a caregiver of a high risk family member for trying! The Rite Aid in general is really nice. The pharmacy is very fancy with a huge dedicated space in the back with big windows making it nice and bright back there. Overall it's super clean, spacious, and stocked well. While I was there I needed a few office supplies and I found everything I needed. Staff were friendly and said hello every time we encountered them. It was just a really pleasant experience over all. If I lived nearby I would 100% be a regular.”
