Dykstra's Auto in Allendale, MI is the worst. They had my daughters car for 4 days for a simple alternator replacement. It's not just one person that is a complete incompetent baboon, it's the entire staff. I wouldn't trust them to change the toilet paper in a bathroom.

Adam fox is the worst person I've ever had the pleasure to work for. The company may be good but if they hire people like him I have my doubts. Man told me to leave my personal life at home after he got married had a baby missed countless days all while letting the auburn store be ran into the ground because of his personal life. I've heard the Manger put Customer off for day even though we didn't have work or we do work on that car. The tech that suffer for this are the problem because we're unhappy. What a joke

I had been quoted around $500-600 for getting brakes, rotors and brake calipers because mine kept sticking. Dykstra was actually the last place on my list to call, for the only reason being I had not heard of them. Over the phone they told me it sounded like bushings, not a caliper and that would save money. I work less than a mile away, so they actually sent someone out to drop off a van and keys to me, drove my car to the shop and did a free inspection. Turns out is was the

I trust them from personal experience and also as a auto parts supplier that talks and delivers parts to them daily. They have always been very helpful when I tell them I have to fix it myself for financial reasons and are always honest with the information they give to me and others.
