Chris, the owner of Mid-Towne Collision, was super helpful and accommodating. My front wheel well bumper area got hit in a parking lot and Mid-Towne fixed it. The quality of the work was superb! Mid-Towne's price was half of the dealership. Chris was highly recommended by a friend. I will always recommend Mid-Towne from now on. They did a great job!

My husband recently stopped by for a quote on a repair from a golf ball hit the hood of the car. It was half the cost of another Howell shop. He found Chris helpful and accommodating, offering for drive home and pick up. The dent was removed, and the paint job was perfect. We plan to tell everyone what a wonderful experience we had

I was referred here by a friend. My new car was damaged in the storm. The paint was scratched all over. I pulled up to the shop and although it had just closed, the owner came out to access the damage and went back in to the shop and had a small towel with some kind of potion on it. Well he rubbed out every single scratch, that I had thought was to the metal. For the icing on the cake, he wouldn't take a penny from me! You just don't find businesses like this enough! Thank you again!!!

I'm so grateful that Midtowne Collision is part of the community I live in. I recently took the GMC Acadia to repair the bumper and headlights. The insurance did not cover this work. Chris Merrill went above and beyond to find second hand parts and keep the cost low. Not only that the price was very reasonable but the quality of work was outstanding. The repair was completed sooner than initially promised so we did not have to spend money on a rental and the car looked like new. I can't say enough about their professionalism, quality of work, and honesty. How refreshing to walk in a place where you have the confidence that you are treated fairly and no one is taking advantage of you because you are a woman and don’t know enough about cars.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my 2013 Street Glide in to get my fender dents pulled out and repainted. The paint matches perfectly and they detailed my whole bike. The price was great and work was perfect. I couldn’t be happier.

Chris (the owner) is fantastic. In my opinion he is the old school, neighborhood shop kind of guy. He goes above and beyond to help you out any way he can, his prices are more than competitive, and his quality is FANTASTIC. This is the only place I take my automobiles.
