The staff is friendly, even though I've seen some customers come in there and get an attitude when their issue can't be fixed that day at that branch.

Went to cash my check and they didn’t accept it and kept the bottom half of the check making it even more difficult to cash since I use a credit union in northern Michigan. This is the second time chase has made things difficult. Go to a local credit union if you can. This place jammed me up right before Christmas

Went in to open a bank account, the guy that walks around in a suit that typically does nothing told me I'm better off coming back another day, they probably won't have time to get to me. While the one person that handles that was finishing up with someone with also an hour and a half left in the day. Very rude branch manager or supervisor, whoever the suited guy was suppose to be.

It's a bank. I mean how can you screw up a bank really? The tellers are always very kind & quick to help you with your purpose so to have you in & out asap.

ATM on the other side of town is constantly down. Called the number on the screen and got laughed at. Called again and got hung up on. Called again and got sent to billings and claims, called again to howell branch location and no one was to be found. What happened? Chase used to decent, now they are trash.

Very unprofessional and a flat out lack of customer service. I have 3 business accounts here and will be moving all of them. I've been a long time customer and the lack of concern to even address an obvious error on their part is unacceptable.

Chase Howell, is a great bank. Exceptional customer service. Now they removed the 2nd howell location and added a chase ATM. They claim they do not manage there own ATM. The fact i drive Out of my way 3-4x a week to drive to an ATM that doesn’t work then I’m forced to pay over draft fees and or i have To use another banks atm and pay fee and fines! I’ve complained about this many times. All they tell me is sorry about my luck. We don’t manager that atm. Well that is fine but you do manage you customers and they are not happy. So maybe you should fix the atm issue or remove it. Since it never ever ever works!
