I would rate negative if I could! Awful company! Sent a salesman to my house who misled me to get business. Sent the wrong modem. Internet stopped working two weeks in. They told me to upgrade already. So I did. $150 later…..they sent the right modem finally and it loses battery charge in 15 min. I called to cancel and miss Amber tells me I’m not cancelling and if I do she’s charging my card. I said absolutely not you have no permission. She did anyway and luckily I was smarter than she thought and stopped my card immediate while on the phone with her. Illegal what she did. Charging unauthorized charges! She shut my internet off after I just paid $150 for the month! I told her they need to refund me if you’re going to shut it off, that you can’t do that when it’s paid for. She said nope! Refused to turn it on, told me “you said you’re going to cancel service”….she is awful: last time I checked that doesn’t give you the authority to shut off paid for internet, and charge my card whatever you please. She then had the audacity to mail me a return label for their modem! When they kept my $150 refuse to refund me and I have no internet! Luckily my previous provider had me up and running the next day. They still refuse me my money- told me she’s charging me $200 for a modem and another fee for termination. Good luck chick. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want honest and productive communications and service! They’re liars and take your money and stop service! But they want me to send back their modem since it’s costs them $150. Ha. Should have been smarter Amber- don’t shut off internet steal my money then ask for equipment back. Refund my money.

So I’m a pretty new customer of Everett Communications but my experience has been great! I live in the boonies and I’ve had Hughes net for the past five years just because it’s really all we could get. Evernet with Everett has been so awesome. Our internet works quickly every time we try to stream and any time we have had issues with it working slowly I just call the office and they find the tower with the best signal and connect me and then it works awesome again. I hadn’t read any reviews before we got internet through Everett as a very nice man came to our home to tell us about it. We talked about it and thought “well there is no way it’s worse than Hughes net” so we just went for it. I’m really glad we did and didn’t read the reviews because we have had a great experience so far. There is not a portal that I can check online to see how my internet is working and how much data I have but if I just give the office a call the representatives are always able to tell me whatever I want to know and to fix my issue if I have one. As far as I have experienced this is a great company. I will recommend them to anyone who lives in an area where internet accessibility is limited.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!! I completely REGRET dealing with this company and its extremely unprofessional owner. Exceptionally misleading and untrustworthy. I did not receive services I was promised, they put charges on my credit card that I did not authorize and they didn't cancel my prior satellite service, as was promised, resulting in that account being put into collections, which has affected my credit. I spoke with owner who cared less and did NOTHING to rectify any of the issues. After that initial conversation I was unable to reach anyone again at office despite multiple calls. Don't make the same mistake I did, do your business with the main provider and save yourself a ton of headaches. I had to go as far as to cancel my credit card, because this so called company CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!******update, this company installed my dish 4 years ago and I have had a poor signal ever since. Recently it got so bad that I had to call dish main provider to come out and check. Come to find out not only was the dish installed in an area not in line with the signal, but the dish itself wasn't even the right dish, they said it looked like it was picked out of someone's garbage! The right equipment and placement were done correctly this time, by the main provider, with no thanks to Everett. I highly discourage doing any business with Everett, and heed my warning, if you want things done right, contact the main provider, I haven't had a problem since and am very pleased with their service and competency.

BEWARE. They took advantage of my dad and would not admit or assist in rectifying the situation. And he's stuck in a two year contract. They prey on people - promising services and assistance, and basically telling you "too bad" when you call. The owner of this company should be ashamed and put out of business. Oh, and yeah right with their responses. SHAMEFUL.

Everett Communications has offered exceptional customer service, helping to work through connection problems during the seven day trial until everything began working seamlessly. The representatives at this company go way above and beyond, even allowing home numbers to be given for emergencies. The prices are excellent, and the service is really super! Highly recommend!

Very nice service ! I live in an area were there are only satalite internet in which iv tried them all but with everett comm. They work off of cell towers , and as a gamer I can tell you its buy far the best choice for mQ2e! Its been a life change for my family and I.

Stay away from this Company!! Jessica came to my mom's door and sold her on the ideal on switching from Dish Network to Direct Tv. Jessica sold my poor mother that her bill would go down to $86.00 a month for two years. Jessica CONNED my poor mother. When Everett Communications switched networks there service was horrible. My mother's service didn't work for a month. She had to have Direct Tv come back out after a month of no service. DIRECT TV REP said Everett Communications provided the worst Installation they have ever seen. My Mother's bill ended up being higher than Dish Network. People stay away from Everett Communications & Jessica. This Business is conning Senior Citizens. Everett Communications you should be so ashamed.

5 stars for the new EverNet service and staff. We live in a rural area and have used three other providers with poor streaming capability. Now it seems like I live in Silicon Valley, where this state-of-the-art technology is developed, tested, and deployed.Have been using the new EverNet for two weeks now with flawless performance, and no buffering slowdowns have been encountered with heavy usage in our household.Excellent service guidance was given to setup my WiFi connected equipment: TV, printers, etc..The personnel have been competent, fast, and friendly.As a retired computer design engineer, I am impressed with the performance, hardware design, and quality of the high end router I chose to use.Congratulations and thank you for resolving our rural location internet issues we have had since moving to up north Michigan six years ago.Martin Koskella,Michigan Technological University Alumni, 1977, Department of Electrical Engineering

I switched from Dish to ********* with Everett Communications. Salesperson, ******* sold us a 2 year contract and installed the next day. She stated that she would call Dish and cancel my service with them. I guess Im pretty naive because I actually believed her. Fast forward a month and Im still paying for Dish. ******* never called and now wont return my calls. I called ********* and they were no help. Do NOT use Everett Communications. Poor service and they lie.

New to wifi. New to Evernet. It works. It works much better than the dish on my roof, where I had to patch holes from the lag bolts. A guy stopped here first, but I remembered Jessica, she was cute lol. She sold me on this idea. She allowed me to call her any day of the week, any time of the day to discuss this before I committed to it. I've had issues with it, but they fixed my issues. Anyone living in country or even in the sticks should try this. You have nothing to lose and will only be sorry you didn't do it sooner. Amber and Karen can hook you up from their office, and their technicians can can fix any issues if you ever have one. It's not lightning fast, but fast enough to satisfy your needs.

Do not use this company if you like to do business with forthright people. They use deceptive language to make you feel like you are getting a 7 day free trial when in fact you are not. When their internet didn't work at my residence I called to cancel it within the 7 day period they mentioned and the response I received was terrible. Amber was the name of the person who answered. She talked to me with severe disrespect and refused to refund my money. She used gotcha tactics and tried to tell me she was recording our conversation and that she has me agreeing to be billed for canceling. I asked her if that really is the type of company she represents. One that uses false promises to deceive their customers into signing a contract they don't understand and when their very product dosen't work they charge you over $300 as a fee. My only option now is to sue this company for their shady practices as I have no recorse left. I called the salesman whose name was Jessica Castillo who promised me a quick resolution to this situation but I still haven't even been contacted. You think the owner would want to avoid all this negative attention and a court case over such a petty issue however business must be good ripping people off en masse like I suspect they do.

I'm a new customer with Everett Communications LLC and their new EverNet internet system is fantastic. After 2-1/2 years with satellite based internet, this new tower based internet is a total upgrade for us. I've had the internet for just a little over a week. In this short amount of time I've been able to cancel my satellite based internet and my DirectTV! Once again we are a streaming family. Prior to my new internet, I had been unable to stream anything on my smart TV. Now I can stream movies through any streaming platform. Everett not only has fantastic internet, they also have a wonderful staff. I've spoken with several people getting my internet set up, and they have all been friendly and knowledgeable. A big THANK YOU to Jessica for bringing me this gem, Karen and Amber in the office - and Josh? (I think) for giving me phone support when I had questions.
