I did a pick up & great staff for the "Pick Up" dept, but whomever did the actual shopping, this is like the 4th time, items missing or the wrong items. We order certain items for a reason & you really don't know until you get home to see if you have all items or missing, wrong items. But otherwise y'all have stepped up your game, ty

I stopped here for the Auto Care Center. I thought I needed a tire repair but needed a tire replacement. They didn't have one in the size I needed but they did recommend another auto repair shop called Wonderland Tire. They had exactly what I needed in a good brand. I was in and out quickly.

I accidentally put my order at the wrong store and the employees were very understanding and helpful. When I told the lady I must have changed my store when I was trying to hunt down a toy for Christmas, they kept watch of the trucks for me and got me the toy for hold in store. They went the extra mile to put it in a non see through bag since I wasn't able to leave my kiddos at home, and bring it to the front of the store for me. They helped this frazzled mother out and I am very, very grateful. Extra thanks to Samantha for starting the process and pushing the word along. Thank you Holland employees!

So, I just finished work and I decided to buy two pizzas (no biggie, wanted to snack on something). Unfortunately, it was 10:10 and I had a bike with me but no lock. So I figured to bring it in and put in near customer service. I would explain the situation and most likely they would've understood and be fine with it. HOWEVER, two old adults (probably in their 50s) stopped me and said "Ay-ay! you're not bringing that bike in here". I would then explain the situation about not having a lock for the bike, and I was worried about it getting stolen. They then said "That's not our problem. Get it out now!" After they stated that. I asked the obvious question to make them think about they were actually saying "what if the bike gets stolen? Who's liable?" They then snapped and said "Ain't ours; now get the bike out or shop somewhere else". Obviously, I needed to get some stuff here and now, so I decided to hid it near the back and run in and out. It really was upsetting, but I suppose they didn't wanna do extra work to mop or something-. At least the lines were okay.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. My recent experience at the Holland Walmart was nothing short of a nightmare. I went to purchase some spray paint, and to my surprise, it was locked up. Now, I understand the need for security, but the way this situation was handled was absolutely ridiculous.I approached the first employee I saw and politely asked if someone could unlock the spray paint for me. Her response? "Go ask automotive." No explanation, no effort to assist me further. So, I followed her advice and headed over to the automotive section, only to find it deserted with the lights off. I rang for assistance not once, not twice, but three times. After 25 minutes, still, no one came to help.Frustrated and desperate to complete my purchase, I returned to the employees and explained my predicament once again to a second young lady. Her response? Utter indifference. She made no effort to assist me and seemed more interested in whatever else was occupying her attention.At this point, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began to circle the store, seeking out anyone who might be able to help. I finally approached a stocker and asked if he could call for someone to unlock the spray paint for me. He obliged and called over the intercom for assistance. But shockingly, even after his call, no one showed up to help.I went back to the first and second lady, who were now seemingly immune to my frustration and pleas for assistance. I begged them to send someone with a key to unlock the spray paint, but they remained unresponsive.It took me walking all the way to the front of the store and demanding to speak to a manager from customer service to finally get help with my purchase. In total, it took an entire hour of my valuable time to accomplish a simple task that should have taken minutes.This level of service is inexcusable. I would strongly advise against anyone choosing to shop at the this Walmart location, even if it means saving a few cents. The utter disregard for customer service and the complete lack of competence displayed by the employees I encountered make it clear that this establishment does not value its customers in the slightest. Save yourself the headache and frustration – shop elsewhere.

Hello, I'm writing a review for CINDY. Please give CINDY a raise. She is such a lovely hard worker who goes above & beyond for customers. She's been the most respectful worker I have met. Please give her the recognition she deserves. I cannot believe how lucky you guys are to have such a great worker, she's really phenomenal & I pray she succeeds best in life & is promoted. Our family has chosen to come back to Holland Walmart just because of her hospitality while others made me not want to go. Than you for having such a great worker. Sincerely, Bryant Family

We got new tires that had a leak right away. When we went back, they did not want to fix the issue. Only after my husband refused to leave was he finally able to convince them to correct their mistake. I do not recommend getting tires from them because their quality of work is untrustworthy.

One of their phone salesmen tried to harass me into buying a phone from him. The dude asked me what my phone carrier was and he totally flipped out when I told him, and said I was going to majorly regret being with that carrier and not paying for his more expensive plan. He was very threatening about the whole thing. I didn't even ask about phones, I was there to buy a TV. He was very confrontational and threatening about the whole thing.Either he can't read social cues, or he was on something.

It appears they have only 3 racks of women's plus and the rest is all misses and juniors. Would be nice to have a larger selection. Store was messy then self check was closed at on end even though the green lights showed on and only self check, not registers with cashiers were open at the grocery end. Where are all the cashiers and why are there so many closed registers and self check

Since it was later at night, it was slower and more relaxed. Pallets were around, waiting to stock shelves. None of them blocked our progress or products, which was thoughtful. I was able to find everything I needed, and it was an efficient, pleasant shopping trip.
