On 2/4/2023, Drove my porche cayenne through the car wash to notice my rear tailgate trim was ripped off the vehicle. Made a claim with the staff; as a result, they called me the next day to tell me they can't honor the claim due to the vehicle being 15 years old. I asked do they have this rule in writing and the guy said the decision was made by manager.You can't deny a claim to replace a part due to age of vehicle when at fault.Also, vehicle has to go through the wash multiple times to clean tailgate and rear bumper. Don't waste your cash and time running vehicle through Tommy's Express car washes. Especially if your vehicle is 15 years or older.
