Usually have no problems with this store but for the past month I have been going to this Holland location looking for Jasmine rice. They NEVER have it. So I called to save gas and not come in. Just want to know if it’s on shelf because it won’t allow me to purchase online. Even tho it is available for purchase online. Well anywhoooo getting my 4 kids ready to go in store to see if there’s rice in the shelf if not. I’m canceling my membership and opening one up at COSTCO heard it was much better

I know gas prices have everyone on edge but this made me angry ? Before I went into Sam's I decided to fill up at their gas station paying 4.06, while at the check out I noticed the sign indoors says 4.02!Mind you this is only 30 minutes later!!!I go out to the gas attendant and she says they have no control over the prices it's changed at the home office. I left feeling robbed! Not even offered some kind of refund

Tho' they like to make you want to buy everything by changing the isles just enough, everything you buy is well worth the cost. And they seem to find some of the most friendly and competent people in the area to hire. Overall it's a great experience every time we are there.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. And I shop for myself and a business account. Recently I placed on online order on Saturday to pick up the next day getting ready for Valentine’s day (chocolate covered strawberries). The process was smooth and I believed a done deal. About an hour before the pick up time they sent me a cancellation notice. I guess they couldn’t fulfill the order. I went in to the store and apparently “because nothing it’s charged until the order is fulfilled” they can cancel at any time, even though there was nothing that mentioned it. I will no ever use this service, as I cannot trust it to get what I need using this. I am very disappointed that I couldn’t get what I needed for my work place and myself.

Buying online gift cards or anything digital don’t do it. Go in store and buy the card. Been waiting 10 days for a refund after didn’t receive code for 2 days. Sams club online digital service and customer service is a joke. Get a Costco card. Won’t be ordering anything digital from sams club ever again. Just don’t do it.

Mostly friendly staff, the meat guy Dan is awesome to talk to and knows his stuff. Check it out, good stuff here, They had an excellent sale on lamb, would have been a 5 star rating if the grumpy person checking your receipt was nice. Oh well at least most employees were nice and helpful. Store was clean. Restroom was clean. Found most of everything I was looking for. Not sure what happened to the iced tea. Maybe it's considered seasonal. Check out was fast.

This review pertains only to the gas station. Your gas station is a joke. You have the same exact kind of pumps that Costco does that are designed to pull the pump away and stretch to reach the other side of people's vehicles to keep the traffic flow moving. It is absolutely ridiculous that everybody should have to wait for an open pump on the driver's side instead of being able to move through and pump gas by stretching the pump around your vehicle to fill up. If it were that much of a safety hazard as your attendance tell us, Costco would not have been doing it with those kinds of pumps for years. I'm so glad I got to sit in line extending into the Sam's club parking lot to wait for gas because of poor management. If those pumps aren't designed to stretch around your vehicle then you need to put different pumps in because that's what those are designed for.

Our go to place for TP and cleaning supplies. With a wife and four girls we go throw alot of TP. Alot of cool stuff and unique stuff all the time. There's always something new and different. I tried the shop and scan today on my phone with the app and it worked awesome scanned everything as we shopped paid and I walked out and was fast and easy I'll use the shop and scan from now on

Pretty decent deals. They have a gas station too. Which is great to have in Holland now ?. My only complaint is when we get asked to present our card when others before us are not asked to present theirs. (I always have my card ready now because of this)
