I had my Chevy Traverse serviced there for a recall on the air bag. My car had a service air bag light on, which was totally ignored by the mechanic. One would think that it would be a courtesy to check that and make me aware of the repair needed, especially since the car was there for that problem. But no they ignored it until I asked if they could check it after they said my car was finished. They said it was for a different air bag then what was needing service. Well...they should have called me and talk with me to see if I wanted to have it serviced since it was in the shop. MAJOR mistake on their part. They lost a sell on a repair and have a very upset customer as well. BEWARE of very bad service and concern for the customer as far as I'm concerned.

Absolute rip off. Terrible.
I set up an appointment for service. Tire pressure sensors weren't reading, and I suspected a leak near the transmission. Setting the appointment took the better part of 30 minutes, being put on hold multiple times and constantly having to repeat my name, type of vehicle, and the issues I wanted checked.
My appointment was for 7:30am a couple days later. They didn't get to me until 7:50 (with nobody ahead of me) and didn't have my appointment information, so I had to tell them everything again. I was quoted a $200 diagnostic fee.
Technician couldn't find a problem with the tire pressure sensors, and after automatically updating the software the problem went away. They found the source of the leak, a cracked cover on the transmission.
Picking up the car, I got a bill for $400. They said that it wasn't $200 for diagnostics like they said in the morning, it was $200 per item they check. On top of that, the $50 cover would be $1700 to replace. With that much labor they could replace the whole transmission.
I'll never set foot on their dealership again and I'll tell everyone who asks the same thing.

I am beyond excited to write this review with our experience at DeNooyer Chevrolet out of holland! My son and I were all set to purchase a 2021 Malibu with 49k miles from another dealership. My son was so excited about the car he found. We had an hour to waist before the appointment! We found ourselves at DeNooyer and stumbled across Chris Taylor! Chris got to work fast with understanding our needs, getting to know our story and respecting our time! He pulled in his wing man Mike Scafe and my son drove off with a 2024 with 2k miles with the same monthly payment and the same amount of money down! We are still in shock!!! Thank You Chris, Mike and DeNooyer for the amazing service you provided! Words can’t express how grateful we are. The way the two gentlemen walked him through the process and educated him at the same time was priceless! Our family purchases ALOT of vehicles and DeNooyer has been by far the best car dealership we have experienced on all levels!
PS: Brian did listened and didn’t get the front windshield tinted ?❤️
