Larry was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and he was extremely informative. I had about 100 questions and he had an answer every time while maintaining a very positive attitude the entire time. Give this man a raise he definitely deserves it.

Their online computer system doesn't accurately tell you what the cars have on it so it wastes your time and 3 bucks when looking for a particular item, but they are pretty helpful in person when you ask them for help.

Telephone service is absolutely worthless. I would use any other salvage yard before ai went to this rip off dump. They’ll tell you they have a vehicle in and charge you an admittance fee, when you go out to get the part the vehicle has already been stripped to the ground.Liars.

Tried to sell a car to them. they gave me a quote online. Then when I tried to call they gave me a new price which was lower. They were claiming because of my address the price was lower even though the address was the same as what I put in online. Will not be going there anytime soon especially with all the reviews saying they are over charging people for things and then trying to cheat me out money.

I don’t understand. Why charge a high price for a product, that will get crushed anyway. Make money when you can. I wanted floor mats. They wanted a high price.Couple days later it went to get smashed at a crusher. Money lost for much of the stuff. I used to get things dime to a dollar. Not pay 70 dollars for a 100 dollar. Crazy.

They charge for the wheel barrels so I advise you bring your own if they’ll let you. Prices online are completely wrong as they have switched to “dynamic pricing” you’ll end up paying new pricing for used parts you pulled yourself. Will not be returning to LKQ. Plenty other junk yards that don’t use dynamic pricing to price gouge junk parts. Side note the junk door I paid new price for? Yep it has a massive gap when closed??

Me and a friend went here to pick up a wheel and a tire. We asked them the first few times if that would work showing them the wheel we brought in they assured us it was the correct one.. we tried to put it on and wasnt right at all then we went back 2 other times and the staff was very rude and condescending, by the third time the staff informed us we were buying the wrong wheels and we needed steel. so we went back out to the yard once again grabbed a steel wheel with same pattern but still didnt fit.. ended up going to a tire shop and they told us we could take this tire and wheel back within 90 days. the staff didnt update the invoice, and we tried to go back in today to return the tire and wheel but said it wasnt the same wheel... so now they wont accept the return. staff is very rude unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about my first and last experience with lkq would not recommend.

Good place if you need parts cheaper. Hint: you need to tell them if you don't want to pay extra for the warranty.

Extremely HIGH prices on used parts. Same if not more cost than new on most parts. On top of that we pulled the parts. Made it to the counter after pulling bunch of front end parts off a Honda CR-V. Wow, come to find out I could get everything MUCH cheaper off eBay. They were also trying to charge me core charges on non rebuildable plastic and small brackets that mount to the radiator and also tried to charge a warranty fee without telling us. That should come with the parts like every other junk yard in America. LKQ is price gouging on junk parts that literally are about to be crushed. There’s is no reason for this. The purpose of these junk yards is to repurpose cars parts that would otherwise be just wasted. By there high prices this results in more cars just getting crushed and overtime increases overall waste. We did leave the parts there that we pulled. Majorly disappointed, disgusted, will not be back and advise not to go there. Also what’s this mystery coolant on the shelf that looks like sewage water. I highly recommend not using that in your engine unless you want to sell your car to them for scrap.

They charge more than you can purchase the parts online used for. Be careful to not get charged for a warranty either because they charge alot for them. Recommend going elsewhere for used parts

Got to check online and still go in person to verify parts but the prices and range of cars available are good. Staff are friendly, porta potty on site. Can get muddy in many spots.
