It's not good. What I needed was out of stock. The individual who eventually came to assist did ok. That person and the cashier's were overwhelmed.

Great customer service! I was approached by an employee ready to help me find what I had come in for to purchase. My only negative is I’ve always associated a different color tag with a sale price. Not the case here for this first time customer. If you’re not a member, what appears to be a “sale” price does not pertain.

Happy to have them in the area. However, they were out of the product I needed. Nobody offered an arrival time/day. An ongoing issue at these stores is that sometimes it’s hard to tell who works there if you need assistance finding something. And, it’s difficult to get help if you can’t find an employee.
