Went today to look around while in the area on vacation. Usually have a great experience but the cashier Pamela was extremely rude and off putting. I asked if I could use a changing room (wasn't sure if I needed permission to use one or not) and she rolled her eyes and said "uh yeah...the last one is open". Didn't smile at all, used a condescending tone of voice, and was overall just rude. While I love Francesca's I will not be returning to that location due to that one employee making my sister and I feel so unwelcome. Seems like we're not the only people who had problems with her based off of these reviews. As someone who has worked customer service for over 10 years it's not for everyone including Pamela, please look into getting a job in another industry love.

I, too, had a very similar experience returning some online items. The cashier, whom I believe may have been the manager, was extremely rude!!! I will not be stepping foot back into that store. Sadly, I have college age students who like to shop at Francesca's, but they too, witnessed the rude exchange and will no longer be shopping at the Holland location.

Great selection of clothes. Unfortunately, the cashier Pamela was incredibly rude. I walked in and said “hi! I have to make a return please.” To which she actually rolled her eyes and said “I see that.” She handed me my receipt and I said “thank you” and she muttered something under her breath as I left. A truly horrible experience, and I’ll definitely never be back. I feel sick thinking about this place

I went at 7pm on Saturday 8/26, and the worker was absolutely horrible to me. She snapped at me for looking at little girls clothes, (easy mistake, they look like women’s) Didn’t want to hold clothes for me to come back, finally I politely asked her a question and did not make eye contact, and answered the question after walking away from me (very rude). This overall experience was extremely repulsive, I no longer am a fan of this store:(

I had really terrible and uncomfortable experience today at the boutique in Holland, MI. I had stopped in to return & few items and do some more shopping. Francesca's is one of my favorite stores & I always find cute clothes & nice sales associates! When I approached the counter, the sales associate was noticeably grimacing. When I told her (very nicely) good morning & that I had a few returns her response was "Oh, so you're returning everything you bought?" Yes ma'am, I'm returning 2 dresses I bought online because they didn't fit, and was stopping in to return & then shop for some other items. The entire transaction I felt like I was being absolutely outrageous & rude for making a return. Every single thing she said felt like a command and was not said in a tone that could remotely be considered kind. She did not wish me a good day, even when I (still nicely, somehow) said thank you. It was quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a sales associate & ruined my day (dramatic, I know, but an ounce of respect would have been appreciated). I will absolutely return to Francesca's but absolutely not if I see this associate!

My daughters shop here a lot and I finally joined them today to check this place out. We were greeted immediately, she was very friendly and helpful. I cannot remember the lady’s name but she was extremely nice and caring. She made our experience super fun. I look forward to returning and shopping some more soon!
