This was my first time experiencing Costa Oil and WOW! These guys have the “customer service” DOWN! We were offered water, thoroughly shown everything that was happening (which shows their honesty/integrity) and they even offered to fill up my quad tires!
It’s been a while since I’ve run into this kind of service!!!
10/10 HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND!

I have been coming here for over a year and must say they are very professional. My vehicle was burning oil and he suggested a max engine treatment that was good for 6000miles. No problems currently after 8000. Did get an oil change today. I highly recommend them.

The saddest part of this review is that I don't think 5 stars are enough! These guys are like a small family with everyone having the same goal - to give you top-notch service and unwavering attention to detail. I don't think I'm over-promising when I tell you to do yourself and your vehicle a favor and let these guys wow you!

Went to get a oil change a few weeks ago. They did amazing and they were super friendly. The owner came and chatted with us for a while. It was a great experience. This is my go to place from now on! 10/10

The customer service is outstanding! Everyone was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Bonus: they offer free water and lollipops! I recommend this to both locals and people passing through Holland!

Friendly, professional, speedy, old-fashioned customer service, and a great price! I could not be happier with owner Mitch and his team at Costa Oil. I called to see whether I needed an appointment (nope), was told it was first come, first serve and that they had availability right then (Thursday late afternoon). They have 2 bays and I pulled in right away and was greeted with a friendly welcome and offered a bottle of water and choice of oils they had readily available. I got to stay in my car the whole time. Mitch came over to introduce himself and asked whether I had any questions and gave me a discount/loyalty card (5th oil change free) and a handful of referrals from his personal network since I had asked (painter, mechanic, dentist, etc). Top notch service. I will definitely return again and again.
