High standards of customer service at every branch I have ever used across the past 35 years. They are continuously striving to raise their customer service standards, and have been consistently pleasant and helpful to our family. Chase also has one of the best websites in the US online banking industry. The only thing that prevents this institution from raising their service standards is onerous regulatory compliance required by federal regulation. Solid 5 stars.

Chase bank is stealing money from people account little by little and has no real explanation. They never let a transaction go through if you don’t have the money but charges you twice and for some reason when you go into your statement they showing you everything but real time transactions. They have done this twice before and I’m sick of it. Then I called customer service to ask how they taking my money and he suggested that I hire an accountant to help me, how rude and unprofessional.

Stopped by today to add my daughter onto a savings account and to make a deposit. We were told that we would need to make an appointment, and they were booking into next week. I said that wouldn’t work for Us as we’re leaving to take her to college. The teller ( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!) asked Cole, who I believe is the manager, if he had a moment to help us, as he was heading out to lunch. He said of course. Not only did Cole take the time to add my daughter to my account, he also stayed to process both of our deposits instead of having us wait in line.Thank you for your excellent customer service today!!!

This is a first. In my entire life... I have never had to schedule an appointment with a bank to open an account. I have opened accounts with at least a dozen other banks. This branch was also unable to add my spouses name to an existing account I had with them ....that too need me to schedule an appointment almost a week out. Huh? I'm sorry... but really? The teller I spoke with was friendly and polite... and the bank was clean... (hence the two stars), but what good is all that if a bank cannot provide basic banking services during business hours? I took my business to a competing bank directly from leaving there and they took care of me on the spot. Get with it, Chase!

Terrible customer service at this branch. Dealt with chase bank in 4 states now and this is the only branch I've had problems with. Snotty impersonal employees.

The lobby was clean but a little cluttered looking. There were not many people in line. I was waited on within minutes. The teller was pleasant abdndidbwhatbi needed. When there was an opportunity for the teller to go the extra step to help me, they did not. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Not anything extraordinary, however.

The branch manager squeezed me in to notarized a document that day. He explained everything to me nicely. Teller was also helpful for my banking needs.

Pretty great bank. I had to stop in and cash a check from someone else. There were about 4 people in front of me & people at the driveway- the ladies all worked together, with a smile in their faces and I was seen within 2 minutes, and everyone else was being attended to as well!

The customer Service is great. They remember me & greet me by name. I enjoy talking to the tellers. They really do care about the customers they serve.

I have been a Chase customer for a long time on the credit card side and just opened a checking account. Since I opened the account on line, we had to go into a branch to add my wife to the account. We stopped in to the Holland branch and were greeted with the worst customer service I have witnessed in a bank. The teller (I won’t call out her name) was rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Thankfully I was able to drive to the Jenison branch and was helped immediately with excellent customer service. If it weren’t for Heather at the Jenison branch, Chase would likely have lost a customer.

Avoid doing business with this horrible location.I have been doing business with chase for decades in the Chicago area and had great serviceThis Holland location is a bunch of bottom feeders
