Im customer for metro for around 8 years and Sunday January 15 2023 I went to the store to upgrade my phone. I checked today to pay my bill so he's upgrade my plan to 120 dollars por 2 línes and before my plan was 65 dollar for both. He don't even ask me if I want that change or he didn't even tell me the monthly payment was gonna change. Is the sellers responsibility to explain the price was gonna go up and for me to ask why. They just want to rip you off.
