Went in today to pawn my firearm because of rough times. The gentleman who helped me was very fair and polite. Even helped me get a little extra on my loan to make ends meet. The ppl here are at the least are fair,genuine, and honest ppl. Plus the 20%off on firearms is a plus for me I will definitely be back

The owner/workers there are so helpful and nice! I had the best experience! The fact that you can put a firearm on layaway is amazing in itself. The prices are very modest. I received the most amazing deal! I will definitely be back soon, and I grabbed a couple business cards to pass out because I was that impressed! I stopped in Universal Jewelry and Loan last week on a whim to see about selling some scrap gold. This was my first time in the store, and from start to finish, it was a great experience that exceeded my expectations all the way around! First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, extremely helpful, and 100% professional! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to sell their gold/jewelry.
