Very happy with the professionalism and communication of this company. Had 2 of my vehicles get serviced here in Hazel Park and definitely recommend them who need auto glass repair .Special recognition to their office manager , Amy ⭐️ She greets you at the front desk with a smile and handles all the paperwork expediently.

My rear window shattered during the recent cold spell. I called five other places that I found on Google, but none of them could or were willing to replace rear window glass. Simbol was able to take care of it the next day, and were also able to deal with my special payment needs. Olivia and Ashton were spectacular, Ashton especially so, because when I dropped off my car it was closing time, and my ride was very late. He allowed me to stay there past closing, to stay warm until my ride arrived! Very grateful to these people for their professionalism and for their caring attitudes!

I had my windshield replaced by this business and not even a month later that new windshield cracked. I had my heat on towards my windshield and was parked when I heard a noise and looked up to see a crack spread right along the bottom of the windshield. I brought it back the next day and they tried telling me there was an impact mark and I was going to have to pay for another new windshield. I was pretty angry and told them not to do anything to my car and that I was coming to pick it up. Before I had a chance to leave my house, they called me back to let me know that they did feel bad I had just paid a lot of money to have it replaced and that they were going replace this one for free. I'm very glad they ended up replacing it for free but can't help but feel like they were testing to see if they could get more money out of me...there's no way the crack happened from an "impact" but even if it had, that makes me feel like a cheap windshield was placed. What are the odds that my windshield cracks back to back in a couple of weeks?? That just doesn't happen. Hoping this is the end of the issues and the newest windshield is good to go for awhile...

I only had to work with Amy, but she proved to be very knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to schedule me an appointment and get the job done well and in a reasonable amount of time. The price I paid was about a third of what a competitor quoted me.

Ray got my broken sunroof repaired in less than 30 minutes. Stopped me right in my tracks from ordering a cab after I dropped off my car. Very affordable rates and quality service. Sunroof looks great.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

I picked up a friend who dropped her SUV off to have the back windshield replaced. She left in the morning and picked it up in the evening. She seems to be pretty pleased with the work. The staff was nice and friendly.

I had a great experience with Simbol auto glass. Somebody smashed out my window and I gave Simbol auto a call first thing the next morning. They had the correct glass delivered to their shop within hours and were able to get my car in and fixed within the same day. Price was better than what Safelite quoted me and they got me in 5 days sooner than Safelite would have been able to. Their staff was friendly and professional and they were extremely speedy. Would absolutely recommend to anybody in a similar situation.
