This office has failed to keep accountability of their work. My return was filed by Linda Brinkley. The return did not go through and currently No one is picking up my phone call and being accountable. I paid the prep fees but now no one wanted to pick my call now. If anyone from this office sees this please call me back. I’m getting hung up way too many times.

I liked the person who was working with me and the lady who invited me in the building. They both was extremely nice to us cause I had to take my son with me that day. I will be coming back next year.
