Atm only should be stated on website door to have a bank and not be able to make a regular deposit is stupid

This PNC is not a functioning bank!!!! They have no manager and no supervisor at that branch at all according to Branden!!!! The person Branden that works there is horrible at his job. If you have any questions about your account, he won’t go in the office. He will talk at you right in the lobby with everybody sitting there that way they can listen to. He’s very disrespectful. When he first approaches you, he looks at you and says,” what do you want?” not, “ what can I help you with”. He talks at you with his arms crossed, tries to say that he worked there for five years, but doesn’t even know the company policies. When he doesn’t know the answer, Which must be all the time, he gets irate and then tells you he doesn’t care if you believe him or not. In light of this, I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and PNC( not a bank!!! you can NOT do any transactions at except through an ATM outside of the building, which they do not even own!) so if anybody else has had problems with Branden up there, let them know. No one should have to go into a bank that they bank at and argue and fight to get answers to the questions about their money. I don’t know where you guys picked up Branden at, but they need to do more vetting of who they hire and make sure that they actually are customer service orientated, and they can retain a little bit of knowledge.

They have closed up PNC banks around the areas I live in. There are only 2 places within 15 miles of my home that I can use the atm. It is very inconvenient and not worth banking at any longer.

BEWARE!!!! No lobby!!!! No $!!!! Seems like miss advertising. Money only given or deposited through ATM. GLORIFIED ATM office. Like going to a restraunt and being told they don't have food.

While on a trip Needed more money than allowed at ATM so googled for PNC bank and was directed to this location.NOT A BANK!Walked in to a large square room with a couple of chairs. Kind of spooky. No person, no teller, no windows, just a room with four doors. Then a door opens and a man steps out. This is when we are told that this branch doesn't have any tellers, service, or money for that matter, they are a servicing center. Servicing what I do not know. But helpful they were not.

Walked in to get a check cashed, no tellers, no way of just cashing the check. The employee said I could deposit it with them, then take it back out of the atm? Horrible place now, will be switching banks.

They are closed. Only ATM is open. Not good /no notice and not very professional IMO. No signs on lobby door, you can walk in….”not a bank with money anymore” was their initial statement. I walked out.At least the one in Brighton has survived…for now. Out of my way, but preferred that one anyway. Great service, friendly people.

Absolutely terrible. So I needed my account #'s. Teller explained I was not on MY accounts, Even though I have had these accounts for 20+ years. AND, they are in my name. Teller called a "supervisor" over to assit. This smug kid decided to explain that the accounts may not be linked to my user name, so they cannot give me any info. OMG, so so bad. THese are MY accounts, not PNC's. Ill be closing the accounts soon. TERRIBLE

I use to love PNC. They were always so friendly and helpful. Sadly, the last few times I have gone in, the employees are just plain rude, no business manners at all. Unprofessional staff that gives contradicting answers to questions. I will be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere.

This is my favorite branch of PNC Bank! I live .02 miles from the white lake branch and I refuse to go there. The Hartland branch is 12 miles away and I go out of the way to go there.The women working at the Hartland Branch are so friendly, welcoming and just plain refreshing to see nice people in the world.Especially, Natalie, I was having about 3 issues with my banking at once and she resolved them all with a friendly and positive attitude. She was so kind, her kindness made my day and is just very appreciated! Thank you, Hartland PNC employees! I appreciate you!
