I wrote this directly to the management team about my experience using Student Services- “please let the team know that moved the items into my house today that they were absolutely fantastic and if I had cash to tip there work I most definitely would have. They were respectful, thoughtful, and very courteous to us and my new house. I would highly recommend giving those three men good reviews. I was very impressed and would highly recommend you guys to anyone, especially the team that worked today.”

Student Services Moving & Storage was a delight to work with! I was having a hard time finding movers who were available for my long-distance move at relatively short (a little over a week) notice, but then I found Student Services and they were able to accommodate my move. I worked here 1990-1992. I loved it; great working independently, and I liked being able to make the customers happy. No one likes having their stuff damaged and we all knew that.

I'm one of the really old ones...LOL. '83-'87 (I think). We worked out of the old "Daily" warehouse (Now the skate rink), then the building in South C'ville beside a junk yard, and the new building (Well...it was new then). I was the old man of the outfit, being a grad student and about 30. Great memories....such as the brakes going out on Old Blue coming off of Pantops mountain at 0200 or so one night...LOL.
