Jeff is a great guy will not rip you off. Omar is one of the best techs around. Took my car in thinking it was a 300 repair they found the source of the problem turns out it was only a 60.00 repair very honest people.

They did my front brakes and wheel bearing, about 5 days later I’m driving and two of my lug nuts break, I pull over I’m missing all but one lug nuts and two of the studs broke off while driving! If I wasn’t paying attention to the sounds that my car was making I could have continued to drive and things could have ended badly. I called the business and they towed and repaired everything but still stuck in my head that these men don’t do a good job and it was a complete rip off! It’s taking everything I have not to sue, my children where in the car?!

My truck was stuck in 4 wheel drive low, Bring me to Arrow automotive. It's first come, first serve as it should be so It took 2.5 days of not having my truck before they got it into the shop. Then I got a phone call they needed the keys to my hitch lock, Which not for certain but I think it was because they could close the shop door with it on my truck. 2 days later I'm still waiting, While they worked on easier car to get more money. So at this point I'm 5 days of vacation into a truck that is just sitting in their parking lot. I chose to get my truck out of there, so They charge me $150 for the work they said they did, and I took the truck to service center. Where in 10 mins. they showed me, How to use the 4 wheel drive. They put the truck in neutral and it came right out. Arrow automotive cost me 7 days vacation and $150 for what should have been the first thing to check. They should be ashamed of their selves. How can you even be a automotive repair center.

I had two vehicles' transmissions rebuilt. One started having problems 11 mos. Into driving it & when taken back told it was Not transmission. BULL! It barely goes down the road! The other vehicle while driving off lot after "transmission work"had engine lite come on. Turned around & I was told it needed reset...which was done. Within 1 day lite back on & told it was not trasmission but something else. I parked vehicle & sold it later with paper work of transmission work done. Buyer took to dealer who informed him transmission looked as if NOTHING had been done, except oil pan replaced. I spent approx $6000 between both vehicles. This owner/business is RIP OFF! DISHONEST & does not work to make work right. You are WARNED!
