Every one of the people I interacted with at Preferred Moving deserves praise for their role in my move. The biggest compliment I can give them is that Preferred has the same type of integrity and attitude with which my Dad ran his printing company.
I felt like I should apologize to Josh and Travis before they walked in the door. ? Bless their hearts, but they made it seem like "No problem" the whole time I saw them. I missed getting to say goodbye and thank you to them, because I was doing final paperwork in the apartment office.
Anyhow, Henry, Shirley, and Cheryl did a lot to calm my nerves and fears. Josh and Traverse made us go smoothly. I truly appreciated that. It felt as though they all were professional, but as friendly as a friend of our family.

The movers were great! Came on time and with a large enough truck to accommodate my items (I underestimated the amount of boxes and stuff.) ? They also had blankets on the truck to protect the furniture.

We used Preferred Moving when we moved from Port Huron Mi. to Catawba Is. Ohio. It was a 2 day move. Everything went exactly as predicted. The timing was perfect; the crews were very professional and efficient and the packing they did to protect our belongings was way more than we expected. We couldn't believe how quickly they loaded and then unloaded their truck. Everything was accounted for with no damage.

We used this company for an interstate move. They ruined our desk and forgot an entire crate of our belongings. There was no update on the missing items until I called them after 4 days. We had to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver the missing pieces. All they had to do was call and keep us informed, they never reached out. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Moving with Preferred Moving & Storage was the best experience I had last year period. I went through a big transition from selling my home, relocating and this experience was the best. Two humans stood out for me to be very happy and satisfied with the move. ****** ******* who was the person who coordinated all the move and answered my questions during the estimation and execution phase. **** ***** the driver who being a Navy Veteran I had respect for his service to nation and was meticulous in the execution of the move which was flawless end to end. And finally, I appreciated the integrity of the company in honoring my first estimate though they came back with a higher quote. The value of the quote was at the right level in my hour of need.

I hired Preferred moving to move a refridgerator for me from point A to point B today. I wanted to make sure I used a professional company as stainless steel refridgerators are prone to denting easily. The team did an excellent job. Very professional and the price was very reasonable compared to 3 other companies I called. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely use again and will be referring to everyone I know that is in need of a moving company.
