Besides waiting in line for 17 mins with only 2 people ahead of me, I got to the teller to deposit money for a friend that has cancer and can't always get out because he is to sick, and when I went to deposit the money she refused unless I gave her MY ID and Social Security number. I explained it was not mine but a friends I was helping and she said it didn't matter she wouldn't deposit without it. I tried to tell her that I had nothing to do with his account was just dropping it off for HIM AS A FAVOR. Needless to say I had to take my friend the next day to deposit his own money. YES I COULD HAVE given her both things she asked for but I refuse to give some RANDOM person my info just because she is a bank teller and demanding it and wont explain why she needs it except that without she WON'T deposit the money. I have helped people for YEARS and have never had to do this at any other bank. And the rudeness was completely uncalled for from her because I wanted an explanation of WHY she needed it.

I am very unhappy with Huntington’s branch in Harrison . I had to go to the Clare branch as no one in Harrison knew how to cash savings bonds do it. The Clare personnel were very friendly & knowledgeable. I have a lot of money invested in the bank & as soon as I can I will be pulling my money out. They are not very customer friendly. I cannot even get through to customer service online. There is no longer a total amount of my investments & CD online. I am not happy at all.

I have banked with Huntington for many many years, and I have never had a problem until I had to deal with the Harrison branch. The branch manager has no clue what she is doing. I was given the wrong information even though I knew it to be incorrect and repeatedly had to tell them what their policy was. I had to call corporate office to maybe get it straightened out. We shall see tomorrow.

Had a few hicups when they first opened, now everything is in order and they are great to work with. Staff is polite & friendly.
