convenient location, nice people. shame they dont answer the phone. anytime you want to do more than a basic transaction, they want you to meet w a personal banker- yet setting up the meeting is tough since this branch does not answer the phone- they just make you leave a voice mail. phone tag is NOT a fun game.

I had a business account with them for 3 years I had a small issue that I had no control of and caused my account to close I paid it up current was only closed 4 a short period they would not reopen another account 4 me leaving me with nowhere to cash my check they should be ashamed of themselves during a time when people need help the most they shut the door on you. Shame on you..

Wonderful staff, so helpful and I've sat with Nicole and the other wonderful woman they actually take there time with me and make sure I have a good experience and get done what needed to be done. All the bankers there are very knowledgeable and very nice woman!!. I've been with them since around January and had 1 issue with me not having a job at the time and I was in overdraft and they helped me so much with the overdraft fees. This place is a great bank and I definitely recommend this place!
