Was just helped by the most amazing Teller here - Bralynn. She was super helpful, did everything I asked her, greeted customers as they came in, even let my wife and daughter use the restroom. Best customer service I’ve ever received.

I deposited a check from the Social Security Administration for a fairly large amount on October 10th and it was never explained to me that there would be a hold placed on the check but if I wanted the funds immediately I could pay a 2% fee or $241.00 why would I pay a fee to collect my money. I contacted customer service to explain my situation and they explained to me that it was for my protection to prevent fraud so ho am I stealing from myself I have been a customer for less than two months and I see no reason why I should continue my relationship with this bank.

I was thinking about getting my home refinanced, wasted a lot of time with these people. They purposely didn’t tell me important information and I almost got scammed into sending in an application with them (which I’m happy I stopped, I’m sure they get some kind of reward to push people into this).Not only did they leave vital information out to trick me into applying, when I had additional questions, they “couldn’t” seem to answer them. They kept dodging important questions I needed answered before going forward.That’s when I had enough, too many red flags. Manipulation. Not forthright. Just completely unprofessional and an embarrassment to GP.

Maybe it is the time of day that I come in to pay a visit to get a few things accomplished, but there is never a wait too long in line, I always manage to get the happiest teller, I get everything accomplished without any issues, and leave with a smile on my face from the customer service. Definitely grateful for this branch.

I completely agree with the other reviewer of this branch: the customer service here is personal and outstanding. Definitely a throwback to the days of classy and caring concern for their customers. I had banking issues that I had to address regarding care of my recently ill Mother. Sandra H. stayed after closing time on a Saturday afternoon to make sure everything was handled properly. Her colleague, Andy, was also immediately available and completely helpful when I had follow up concerns. I can't say how much this meant to me. This branch is small and unassuming, but mighty on customer satisfaction. I have never found it too crowded or failed to find parking. The staff is always friendly and patient. I will go out of my way to use this branch when I need to do banking at a FifthThird location.

One of the most helpful, knowledgeable Fifth Third branches I've been to. The manager, Mr. Andy takes the quality of customer service a few notches higher by resolving the situation instead of just pointing the customer in different directions. Highly recommended.

Needed a cashier's check on a Saturday in order to effect a vehicle purchase from a private party, and that went quickly and efficiently, AND, the personnel here also allowed us (buyers) and the sellers the use of a small space there in which to conduct the transaction and exchange the required paperwork with each other. Now, that's service. Big shout-out and thanks to Sandra, the manager on duty at this branch when we showed up. The other person in my party is an account-holder at this Fifth Third Branch, and I'm not, but after today's experience, I may move my accounts over. Most banks offer the same products, the same hours, etc. Banking services are really just a commodity product at this point. Service makes the difference.
