“Have utilized this veterinary hospital for 15 years for my three cats. Staff are very helpful and considerate of my medical needs for my cats. Dr. Sherman and Dr. Michalski are the best! Hard to get appointments, so you need to plan ahead. But, if an emergency, staff try their best to fit you in.”
“Warren Animal Clinic is the best. Dr Sweeton is the best veterinarian. I would not take my cats anywhere else. When my cats have been sick, they make a accommodations to squeeze us in. Dr Sweeton Is very knowledgeable and caring. I love that she will go through pricing before beginning any tests. She cares so much about the comfort of the animals. I moved away from the area and still drive 45 minutes to see her.”

“I brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.”
“Warren woods vet was fantastic with my 2 dogs. They were actually listening to what was going on with my dogs and didn’t try to take us for everything we’ve got. They are caring, compassionate and have great personalities. I highly recommend them. I’m thrilled I finally found a place I feel comfortable bringing my animals.”

“I've been bringing my cat here since she was 4 months old (when I got her as a rescue) and I do not want to go anywhere else. The veterinary doctors here are very kind and knowledgeable, and they don't try to make the most money from their clients. I took my cat to a more local veterinary clinic at Nucci Veterinary Clinic's suggestion a few times and will not go back there (because Nucci was overbooked at that time). While the doctors and staff are friendly there, they really urge you to have them do a lot of expensive tests and vaccinations (mind you I already explained to them that my cat is allergic to vaccines and has gone into seizures from them in the past). The doctors at Nucci are very careful about what tests are needed and are very cost conscious for their clients.”
“The Dr's always do a great job with my dog. I just wish the front desk staff was friendly. I'll go in there, and there is no hello and no eye contact...until they are ready to talk to me. I feel unwelcome. The techs and Dr's are always amazing!”
“I was so happy with their anesthesia free dental cleaning for my 8 year old husky. They did a fantastic job, and I'll definitely be back if her plaque/tartar build back up. She is usually nervous at the vet, but their staff do an incredible job making her comfortable to get through the procedure.”

“After a nasty fight, I had to rush one of my dogs to Dr.Urban. This was 20 minutes prior to closing. I called and explained to the receptionist the situation and that I was on the way, and Dr.Urban stayed open for me to get my dog help. I am a new patient and had never been to this office before. If that doesn't say that Dr. Urban truly cares about animals, I don't know what does! With my dog covered head to toe in mud from her scuffle, he was more than welcoming to help her. His sense of humor and thorough explanation was very comforting. Even with a big injury my dog was still wagging her tail and was very comfortable with Dr.Urban. As a 25 year old, price point is a big factor for me. I knew I could not afford thousands of dollars in vet bills. The prices Dr.Urban gave me for various medications, pain/antibiotic shots, exams, surgery, and tests was incredible. Very reasonable. He worked with me on cash pricing as well which was very appreciated. He got me in the next day after hours to perform a surgery on her to get her put back together. He has called to check on her many times outside of regular hours. My dog is doing great, she is back to her normal self. I cannot thank Dr.Urban enough for his help!”

“I am very happy with the staff and the over all practice. However always double or triple check your bill before you pay! Always ask up front what the total out the door price is of everything. I was quoted over the phone $140 for a shot visit and pre-surgical check over. When it was time to pay my total was over $180. Same thing happened when we went back in for the spay. I was given a paper quote for $354 for a spay but was later charged over $430. The claim was that a wellness check needed to be performed even though we had just had a "pre-surgical" check 2 weeks prior inorder to set the spay appointment. They did "correct" it slightly, instead of paying over $430 I was credited $22. Still a difference of $50.”
“I brought my English Bulldog Stanley here to be nurtured and the staff here is the absolute BEST! Everyone is super kind and loving. It was well worth the 57 miles each way! I will always bring my Bulldogs here coming forward ❤️”
“The doctor loves cats and it shows! My cat is extremely skittish with strangers but she let him do a thorough examination and the only blood that was shed was from my nose where her claw knicked me while I was taking her out of her carrier. We thank you and are very grateful to have a doctor that this cat actually feels comfortable with!”
“Thank you for keeping our Winni alive. Without you, she would have died from Addison's Disease and you diagnosed her quickly and continue to keep her alive. We are very grateful. My appt was at 5:00. I was home by 5:40 and Winni had 3 shots, anal glands drained and lab work. We received a phone call te next day giving us a terrific update. She is so healthy. Dr.. “What an incredible organization. My dog had been diagnosed with pyometra, a fatal infection that requires surgery. I am low income, calling around and getting estimates for surgery and everywhere was saying anywhere from 1900-5500, at that point I’m devastated thinking I’m going to have to put my baby to sleep. Until I found all about animals, they are extremely helpful, compassionate, and caring of all our little furry babies. Not only were they able to schedule an emergency surgery and put her first on the list for surgeries on Monday morning, but the cost was also $420 out the door with the medications included. All about animals saved my baby, and saved me from a broken heart. I was able to pick my girl up the same day, and since she’s been home there has been no complications. I would highly recommend all about animals to anyone who’s furry baby needs any help with wellness, being neutered, or anything. Please take your babies somewhere where the workers actually enjoy their job and love the animals, and that place is all about animals. Thank you so much for everything.”
“We’ve been going to Hoover Road Animal Hospital for about 4 years now. They always took great care of my pit mix Cody! He lived till 17 years old! We had to put him down a couple months ago and got a new puppy. The new puppy Rosie, has had all kinds of parasites, UTI, crystals in urine etc. we were taking her here also until today, we just switched vets. Nothing negative against Hoover Road, the vet we switched to has long hours. They’re open much later 7 days a week. It’s very hard for us to make appointments during the day since our schedules changed. We’ve always been happy with the care our Cody received at Hoover Road. Good care, close and can usually get an appt quickly! I wouldn’t hesitate to go here.”
