Seriously, where to start?? Only reason we stay with this bank is the 1 day grace. There are so many (-) reasons to leave. Let me just focus on what the point of today's review is. Besides absolutely horrible experiences repeatedly since the pandemic -as if they never recovered- one leaves here wondering how it feels as if most of the people don't even want to be here working.Now I am a patient person.But after repeated attempts to bring in business and Open a fourth account, Help my daughter out and I call. Leave Message. Walk In. Can't get appointments (since when needed?).. I couldn't even get a simple account opened.To cap it all off ATTITUDE. The excuses - typical - we're short/saw the call/ can you come back later (we went 130pm) and don't have enough people.Then one of the customer service specialist / personal bankers -not tellers- who came out as I was sharing (Yes, assertively not angry. Not that stupid in today day and age) but glanced out of the safe little Office where she was helping someone (Not. Empty) .... I see her stand there leaving fellow employees to the wind. Not helping out or take any leadership or acountability. Astounded me!! This is the worst place I have ever banked.Needless to say OPENED DAUGHTER an account at PNC -at our corner!!- and had an amazing experience.ReCap: Enter. Be Greeted. No Excuses. Open Account. Take her $$. Thank You. L e a v e. SIMMMPLLLEEEE. RIGHT?NOT AT HUNTINGTON.Don't even talk about a Home Equity loan for piddly with outstanding #$s. Don't start me on THAT.PEACE O U T

Oh. If I could rank (Negative-Stars) I definitely ? would! PATRICE H. (Regional-Manager) which means that she is in charge of multiple banks in that area. Grosse pointe woods, St Clair Shores, etc. etc. She doesn't know the difference between her Elbow and her Eye-Socket!! Laurie S. The manager whom took Raj place. Terrible, unprofessional called me from her cell phone? What type of bank manager does that? Shelby, ahhh a Dimwitted-Teller with Epilepsy. Hey ? I have Epilepsy as well...Epileptic-Seizures as well. I have a photo-graphic memory. She forgot my 4 digit Saftey-Deposit-box number within 43 seconds or less, and blamed it on her (Epilepsy) probably not thinking I have Epilepsy as well. Not a good excuse. It was an excuse. St clair shores location. There is an obese teller whom sits down the entire shift! How convenient ?. Dont use Hunington!! Don't use Hunington Bank wise people!

This is a difficult review to write, as it is so strongly unfavorable. I was a long-standing TCF customer who was transferred to Huntington following their acquisition of TCF. An individual at this branch stole (or "misplaced") $3,000 cash from me during a routine drive-through deposit transaction. The management was unable to identity the theft/error during their review, which only provides evidence of the inadequacy of their surveillance and security practices. I am pulling my money from this bank and closing my account at my earliest opportunity and encourage all of you to do the same. This is not a secure place for your funds and there are many alternatives available nearby. The dishonesty and lack of resolution was utterly shocking and disheartening.

Waiting 1/2 hour so far to make a simple deposit. Only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Common horrible service at this dump. Last time I ever use this drive through!

I’m usually a patient person, but the amount of time it takes to make a single deposit or cash a check when you’re the only one in the drive thru shouldn’t take 10 minutes. This has happened more than 5 times now and I’m considering canceling my account at this bank.
